Good classic hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Great location with a view of the river from the tiny balcony and opposite the modern Zubizuri footbridge. Close to the funicular and about 15 minutes walk to the old town, Casco Viejo, and similar in the other direction to the Guggenheim. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with many choices. Very helpful friendly staff.

Comodo vicino al centro vecchio vicino al Guggenheim vicino alla funicolare. E poi ha la possibilità del parcheggio che è una cosa super comoda. Colazione varia e abbondante. Ristorante buono.

La verdad es que el baño, camas, ubicación y staff muy agradable.

No logré hacer funcionar el AC pero como el día no era caluroso no fue tan terrible.

Posizione comodissima per fare qualsiasi cosa: dietro la funivia, di fronte al ponte Zubizuri, a cinque minuti a piedi sia dal Guggenheim che dal centro, mai avuto necessità di prendere un mezzo pubblico!
Personale cordiale, amichevole e gentilissimo, disposto a dare consigli o a fornire i biglietti delle attrazioni. Al piano c’era una comodissima macchinetta per acqua, bevande e snack.
