Well-located, a good base for exploring Bilbao.
Pros:

Location is very good, midway between the Guggenheim and the old town. It is nice to be on the river for strolls or running along the riverbank path. Staff are pleasant and helpful. It was great to have a gym and sauna. Room was generally fine.

Cons:

Breakfast was average. They did not have enough staff clearing the tables of people who had finished and left, so some people arriving at breakfast had nowhere to sit. The cafe con leche from the machine did not taste good. In the bedroom the Aircon fan was rather noisy, to be honest we didn’t ask the staff about this and perhaps they could have fixed it, but I would suggest adding an obvious way for guests to turn it off.

Good place for a quick stay
Pros:

Great location! The bus station is right in front of the hotel, just a few steps away. The reception staff were extremely friendly and cordial.

Cons:

The service at the cafeteria counter was mixed—sometimes pleasant, but other times hard to deal with. Because of that, we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel in the neighborhood. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better: There was a lot of dirt on the shampoo and soap dispenser, so we couldn't use it.

Hôtel réservé par booking réservation confirmée par Booking.
L'hôtel m'a contacté dans un premier temps pour me demander d'annuler la réservation Booking pour réserver en direct à l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas donné suite. Par la suite l'hôtel m'a contacté pour payer à l'avance les chambres (ce qui n'est pas l'habitude de booking) je n'ai pas donné suite, résultat la veille de mon arrivée à l'hôtel les chambres ont été annulées. C'est scandaleux cela ne m'était jamais arrivé avec Booking (j'ai un compte depuis au moins 20 ans)

Great location and generally helpful staff.

Cons:

No tea and coffee in the rooms which I think would have improved the experience. Also staff watched me carry heavy bags without offering to help which I thought was poor.

Idéal pour la visite de la fondation Guggenheim.
Pros:

L'hôtel n'est pas de toute dernière jeunesse mais il est fort confortable et bien situé, surtout pour la visite de Guggenheim. Le personnel est très attentif. Le restaurant/café semble apprécié des locaux. L'hôtel dispose de places de parking reservées à environ 100 mètres à pied, l'accès en voiture, bien organisé et assez facile, demande un petit parcours en raison de la configuration des rues avoisinantes. On peut décharger les bagages devant l'hôtel cependant. En résumé un bon rapport qualité prix pour ne pas être exceptionnel mais bien confortable.
