Cons:

The room is very small and dark. The bed is very uncomfortable.
Parking is available in another building - floor minus 4. I don't necessarily have a problem that was quite expensive, but the parking spot is very tight and I found the car door scratched.

Comfortable stay in Bilbao center
Pros:

The location is great very central. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay to start the day. Parking is additionally paid 22 euro per day in a parking lot underground a short distance from hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly we have no complains really.

Cons:

Hotel is maybe not the most modern but truly had all necessary. Bathrooms were renovated and very clean. Parking is a bit expensive for a day.
