POSIZIONE MERAVIGLIOSA
Die zentrale Lage ist super.
Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen. Das Fenster ging zum Innenhof und war mit Folie beklebt. Für 2 Personen mit Koffern sehr beengt. Es hat nach verstopften Abfluss gerochen.
The staff at front desk are wonderful. One lady in particular was outstanding. Always there to help. The location is perfect to access the city and it is not as noisy as some areas.
Am not one to complain but the beds in our room seemed to make any aches and pains worse. Might only have been our room. Suggest if you pay for the 14 euro breakfast that you do get there early. It appears that they put one lot out and that is it. First morning after 9 a lot was gone. Starting going down at 8.

Habitaciones amplias, muy cómodas y renovadas.
Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación en el segundo piso, olía mucho a la comida que preparaban en el restaurante. Pedimos que nos cambiaran y lo hicieron inmediatamente, nos alojaron en el piso 7. Además de que ya no olía tanto a comida, era más iluminada, ya que ambas daban a un ducto interior.
Lo que no me gustó fue que las habitaciones dan a un ducto, por lo tanto las de los primeros pisos son muy oscuras.
Otra cosa es que no tiene una pequeña nevera, en agosto es más que necesaria, llegar y tener algo fresco.
Very good location, just 5-7min walk from Guggenheim Museum. Helpful staff. Reasonably good breakfast (there is not much alternative coffees near-buy).
No soundproof doors and hard floors in rooms and corridors. Rooms on street-side can be noisy.

Es verdad que en nuestro caso no pudimos utilizar mucho el aire acondicionado porque luego goteaba, pero por lo demás todo perfecto!

Todo fue perfecto
Personal amable y atento desde el primer momento.
Hacia un poco de frío en la habitación, intenté regularlo pero no supe. No llamé porque casi no estuve en la habitación y dormí tapada. Ah me faltó minibar pero tienen máquinas expendedoras en el pasillo de la planta.
