There was also very secure parking underground .a very good experience and place to stay I highly recommend it.

La localización es excelente. La habitación amplia y limpia.
Nuestra estadía estuvo muy bien, la atención de personal excelente, todos super amables y predispuestos para dar información sobre la ciudad, sitios turisticos y recomendaciones. LAs instalaciones del hotel si bien son antiguas están muy bien, la habitación super grande y los espacios comunes también. El desayuno muy completo.

The water in the shower is not working well, it is either cold or super hot
Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig direkt an der Zubizuri-Fußgängerbrücke. Altstadt und Guggenheim-Museum sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmerausstattung, Service und Frühstücksbuffet sind für ein 3***-Hotel absolut in Ordnung.
Die innenliegenden Zimmer haben eine Sichtschutz-Beklebung der Fenster, damit man den gräßlichen Innenhof nicht sieht. Stört beim Schlafen allerdings auch nicht.
Todo muy bien. El personal del hotel fue muy amable, y la habitación era amplia y luminosa. El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila, no muy lejos del casco antiguo y a dos pasos de Abando.
Por poner una pega, el aislamiento entre habitaciones no es óptimo, se podían oír perfectamente las conversaciones de la habitación de al lado.

La posizione è buona e la hall è ben climatizzata ( siamo stati ospitati in un momento di caldo eccezionale, che ci ha fatto apprezzare questo aspetto);
inoltre il bar-ristorante è comunicante con la hall e risulta comodo per uno spuntino o una bibita durante il giorno.
La moquette dei corridoi è davvero molto datata e rende sensazioni olfattive stratificate ;
la nostra stanza ( con vista molto parziale sul fiume) aveva dimensioni appena sufficienti;
Lo spazio per i bagagli molto limitato, il bagno molto datato, il condizionatore rumoroso e non graduabile rispetto alla velocità della ventola ( o acceso o spento).
Il garage ( fondamentale a Bilbao) raggiungibile a piedi: si suona per poter entrare a prendere l' ascensore, si suona per farsi aprire la porta quando si arriva al piano( meno 4) per prendere la macchina e si suona per farsi aprire il portone e uscire con l'auto.
Tutto molto buio e un pò opprimente: forse basterebbe dipingere il soffitto di bianco per migliorare la sensazione.
