Disappointing and never going back

Cons:

Water was brown and rusty smelling. Asking a simple question from the front desk got a rude response and it seemed like they didn’t speak English well. There was black mold in the bathroom and sharp tile edges on the tube.

Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The presentation was great and the beds were amazing, very comfy. The rooms were also big and spacious along with the bathroom.

Cons:

Breakfast I would say, was little bit underwhelming.

Wouldn’t pick this property again.
Pros:

It was super nice when we walked in, the actual pool/hot tub was nice.

Cons:

The staff was VERY slow with regular requests, no pool towels even after asking for them. Room smelt AWFUL. It wasn’t cleaned very well.

Great location and comfortable
Pros:

This property is in a great location. Just outside of Madison with plenty of restaurants and a small shopping center close by. The room was very comfortable but a little out dated. I am glad that I didn’t have my daughter with me as the pull out looked to be in rough shape. It could have also used a deep clean. Otherwise everything was great! I slept well and woke up to a nice breakfast. The pool and hot tub were a nice feature!

Cons:

Everything was outdated. There were quite a few hairs in the room so it could have used a better clean.

A welcomed travel stay experience.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay it was a welcomed stop over.
One piece of feedback the lobby got extremely wet due to some kids not drying off from the pool. This created a huge liability especially for the elderly and handicapped should someone fall so after seeing it not being mopped up we suggested it is slip hazard to the three people at the desk 3 ft away( just the other side of counter). Finally after telling them it was taken care of. More productiveness by staff would be prudent.

Pros:

The cleaning crew were helpful when I had questions for them. In the morning manager listened to my concerns about front desk staff from the previous night

Cons:

Take a child that it was my responsibility to ask for my room to be cleaned. My suggestion was to add that to the cheat sheet that's in the room by the TV. Not everybody reads the plethora of online words when making reservation, but a one sentence on a cheat sheet via TV and its remote could do the trick.
