Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll auch die Bar und die Lobby - der Empfangsmitarbeiter bei Anreise war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Der Service im Restaurant war so schlecht das man besser das Restaurant hätte zu lassen sollen! Eine Kantine hat mehr Niveau - schade um das gute Essen.

Ein Frühstück für den Preis ist machbar aber dann sollte es auch den Preis wert sein und nicht ein Buffet was ständig leer ist und dreckig!

Nach 11.00 Uhr kein Kaffee die Maschine ist sauber und ab 13:00 Uhr nutzbar

Wenn ich dann noch meinem Geld hinterherlaufen muss und das Hotel nicht mal weiss was es abgerechnet hat.

Auf meine Kritik zum Service beim Check Out wurde mir gesagt ja wir wissen das! Na das ist mal ein Einstellung

Pros:

Das Zimmer war außerordentlich gut. Ausstattung sehr hochwertig. Trotz hoher Außentemperaturen sehr effektive Klimaanlage. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das Barpersonal hätte etwas freundlicher und präsenter sein dürfen.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Schlosshotel Berlin. Die Zimmerbilder auf der Website haben mit der Realität kaum etwas zu tun. Aufgrund der Fotos habe ich ein stilvolles, hochwertiges Zimmer erwartet, stattdessen war das Zimmer deutlich einfacher und wirkte weder so modern noch so gepflegt wie auf den Bildern.

Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich, dass die gezeigten Fotos den tatsächlichen Zimmern entsprechen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass hier mit Bildern geworben wird, die falsche Erwartungen wecken.

Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber das konnte die Enttäuschung über das Zimmer leider nicht ausgleichen. Aus diesem Grund würde ich das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen und kann es nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Günstige Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Die Bedienung hat viel versprochen, fast nichts gehalten, 3 Zage vor Reiseantritt bekamen wir ne Mail, sie hätten ne Party, es wird laut, keine Parkplätze, keine Gastronomie, nicht mal ein Föhn oder einen Tee/Kaffeebar im Zimmer, Dachzimmer mit Richtung zur Party, sorry nie wieder

Gute Ausstattung: tolles Bett, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, gutes Frühstück, sehr engagiertes Personal. Eine wirklich atemberaubende Atmosphäre. Tolle Präsentation beim Frühstück mit tollem Angebot an Obst. Auslage beim Frühstück genau richtig portioniert, sodass nichts ewig in der Auslage liegt.

Cons:

Kalk am Duschkopf, Toilettensitz wirkt etwas aus der Zeit gefallen, Steckdosen am Bett nicht so gut erreichbar. Licht am Bett nicht so gut erreichbar. Türdichtung bei der Dusche undicht.
