Für uns war es eine Enttäuschung.
Pros:

Die Betten waren bequem. Das Omelett beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage in Grunewald war sehr schön. Der Pool hat uns gefallen und auch die Bademäntel waren guter Qualität. Es waren im Zimmer zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Wir sprechen von einem Preis von 275 € für eine Nacht. Es gab keinen Zimmersafe. Das Zimmer hat unangenehm gerochen. Es gab 2 Fenster: das eine hatte ein Verdunkelungsrollo, das andere eines ohne Verdunkelung. Es war um 5:50 Uhr sehr hell im Zimmer. Die Toilettenbrille war zu klein für die Toilettenschüssel. Es gab eine Badewanne mit Vorhang. Beim Waschbecken gab es 2 Wasserhähne, die stark verkalkt waren. Das kalte Wasser war nur ein Rinnsal bis man voll aufgedreht hatte. Das Wasser floß nicht ab, da man den Verschluss nicht hoch machen konnte. Im Garten gab es auf einer ungepflegten, nicht gemähten Wiese durchaus schöne Liegen, auf denen bei Sonne und 27 Grad keine Auflagen hingelegt waren.
Als wir abends in das Hotel kamen hatten wir das Gefühl, jedermann könnte ungehindert das Hotel betreten.
Im Bistro haben wir hausgemachte Limonade für ca. 14 € pro Glas bestellt, die schrecklich schmeckte und nicht selbstgemacht aussah.

Schönes Ambiente
Pros:

Überaus freundlicher Empfang, sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Innenstadt gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Schöner SPA-Bereich und Innenpool.

Cons:

zur Verdunkelung waren in unserem Zimmer Spanplatten vor die Fenster zu heben!

Luthuli hotel for a relaxed luxury break from the hustle bustle of Berlin.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the terrace and gardens are truly gems.

Cons:

Older buildings sometimes have their problems. When too many people shower at once the water can go off. The WiFi was also dodgy.

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus mit Geschichte. Die Premium Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel. Aufgrund der wunderschönen alten Architektur macht es einfach viel Spaß ab und zu in diesem Haus zu nächtigen.

Cons:

Man merkt irgendwie an allen Ecken und enden, dass es offensichtlich am Geld fehlt. Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt die Gartenmöbel sind alt und runtergekommen. Man sieht hier und da den Investitionsstau.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht in einem makellosen Zustand, wie man es von einem Luxushotel erwarten würde. Das Personal machte teilweise einen etwas unprofessionellen Eindruck. Die Terasse und der Garten waren enttäuschend lieblos gestaltet.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Berlin mit viel Aktivität aber auch Komfort und Erholung
Pros:

Frühstück und Service an sich prima, die Omelettes wurden frisch zubereitet und waren hervorragend; das Schwimmbad war toll und groß, gesamtes Ambiente außergewöhnlich

Frühstück war prima, aber am 2. Tag waren einzelne Brötchensorten alle, Pancaces usw., aber sonst alles hervorragend
