Pros:

We enjoyed the quietness and peaceful atmosphere. We had to check out earlier than we expected so didn’t have time to try the breakfast.

Cons:

The staff could have been more friendly. The lady looked miserable and didn’t have any customer service skills.

A goid comfortable stay near Key Civil Rights Museums, the ball park and excellent restaurants
Pros:

Good overall. Breakfast needs fruit choices like bananas. Yogurt was really bad with Dannon light. Who eats that. Let’s substitute with REGULAR DANNON PLAIN , Strawberry etc. Very incongruent with all the other FATTY CHOICES. Please copy the excellent menu and cooks from BOWLING GREEN KENTUCKY PROPERTY.
The drinks line was enormous from the across Stitch group. Please ADD another drinks server for normal members who just want a WINE glass. The conference group plus ONE SERVER ONLY not acceptable happy hour service.

Cons:

Please don’t forget REGULAR MEMBERS just because a huge group is using the facilities. Service timeliness and food quality were weak.
