the hotel was in a great location, room clean service was good, Thank You so much ad will come back.
the first night we experience the alarm system going off, it was a lot of event there and the check-in and check-out was slow for the older people who do not use there phone.
Decent staff although waited in line for a while after a long drive. Not their fault but maybe having additional people to work the desk during peak times to help with the backup
Room has a mouldy smell. Appeared “clean” but odor was throughout and was persistent during my stay. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. Room was hot and humid until the next day…most likely the reason for the mouldy smell of they just leave it off completely when unoccupied instead of just increasing the temp as other hotels do. There was trash on the elevator floor and in the hallways in several places. Also just didn’t appear very well cleaned windows dirty etc
Blood/candy in the floor black mold wall main ac over the autrium torn couch no linens parking 2 blocks away parking deck no one told me how to exit without paying

This place is a third world dump. Homeless wandering the halls asking to use your restroom is flag one.
Broken tiles in the bathroom and mold in the bathtubs is another.
Oh and all the cops around at night are there for a reason.
The breakfast was great but we really came to swim and didn't get to.
We didn't like the fact we couldn't swim
Staff was very friendly while checking in. I wish I can remember the young man he was very nice and answer all questions. We checking in Thursday night around 10:00pm
2nd Day we told front desk person may we get extra towels and rags she told us they will brings to your room hour was went by we call someone answering told use to come get towels and rags. They should have told us at the beginning we were at front desk when we told we need towel and rags

Plush room, slept 5 people very easy, hearty breakfast.
Had to pay an additional $25 to park in an outdoor parking lot. Room was extremely cold, took 3hrs to get to regular temperature, had to ask for additional blankets for the kids and mother in law in order to get them to sleep. Fire alarm during breakfast, false alarm, but 5 mins of panic, trying to get to the 7th floor from the 1st floor to retrieve a disabled person without using elevators.
