The elderly guy at the concierge is very kind and helpful

Very convenient location

Cons:

The corridors were dark. Dead cockroach on the toilet floor for 4 days and cleanser didn’t even notice it!

Excellent location.
Pros:

The location. The comfortable bed along with the spacious room. Special mention to Richard, one of the housekeepers. A room with a fully stocked mini bar with glasses at hand. Exceptionally clean. Informative and helpful check in staff.

Cons:

The fact that there was only one comfortable chair in the room. Ventilation system needed a good clean and the extraction fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. No smart tv. Room furniture looking a bit tired.

Great place to stay with lots of atmosphere and really convenient location.
Pros:

The building has a lot of character and the room was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

While we were there the car park lifts were out of order. Not a big deal as we were notified before we arrived and dropped our bags off outside the hotel first.

Super location in wonderful, heritage building

Comfortable room and bed. Lovely old building with lots of character. Concierge very helpful.

Cons:

Bar closed at 9pm which meant you couldn't come in after an evening out and enjoy a nightcap at the hotel.
