I will not stay there again.

The bed was absolutely terrible woke up with a sore back.
It was not comfortable at all.
During checkout staff said a had a bottle of Red Wine and Chip or some condiments, however I never touched or had anything, I don’t even drink red wine for a start.

We walked into Treasury and the kind arms of welcome were wrapped around us at reception. We looked around and were amazed at the building and the awesome history which surrounded us. So clean in all the details of bedroom, bathroom and bed
so comfy. Breakfast in the Lab was 5 star.

Cons:

Just small preference for mugs instead of cups in the apartment. A longer bath mat in the bathroom would help on safety.

Grand hotel, exceptional service
Pros:

We arrived late after the bar was closed but the front desk attendant opened the bar and gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling. We also weren't charged for parking on the day of arrival as it was so late. I had been unable to book a twin room however we were offered to swap to a twin room on arrival for free. When I called reception on the day of checkout to ask about late checkout we were also given late checkout for free. I have never received such exceptional service anywhere else I have stayed, outstanding. The hotel is also a wonderful grand old building which was our reason for staying there.

Pros:

Beautiful building, comfortable bed and pillows

Cons:

Heater in lounge was blowing cold air. Staff were unable to fix it. Couldn’t stay in that room as it was too cold. Restricted to the bedroom where the heater was working.
