Room was very nice and clean with nice fresh linens and comfortable bed
Excellent breakfast and staff

Cons:

The musty smell in the room probably caused by a dirty loud air conditioner blowing air right at the bed. We didnt expect this with the high price we paid. We couldn't leave it on. There was only one window that opened. No air. Too hot to sleep
If not for this, I would of rated this facility 5 stars
It's too bad they don't invest in better AC. We would not return because of this
We had booked online. Our room was in a seperate building with a direct walk in to our room

Okay for 1 night- in transit
Pros:

Close to airport and large shopping centres

Age of the facility- stayed in a drive in unit outside of the main hotel bldg- did not know this was an option- good for 1 night stay

Pros:

Perfect hotel for business travel as it is close to many commercial businesses with easy access to highway. For leisure travel I prefer the Rodd Charlottetown in the heart of the city.

Wonderful staff and location!
Pros:

This hotel is really one of the better ones we stayed with during this excursion.
The staff, all the staff, we professional and full of genuine smiles.
Definitely one to return to in the future.

Do not recommend
Pros:

Ensure you are not in the circle suites! These are in major need of repairs and updating. Spiders and their nests in the long dark hall to get to the rooms of those suites. Do not recommend.

Awesome Staff and Pool for kids

The Hotel is so clean my room was spotless 136, lots of Towels etc.

I was welcomed by Kristen on May 17th, my room was so clean and bedding looked new.

Long story short - the staff were so helpful as well the Breakfast was excellent and everything was fresh.

SO - THANKS to the manager who is running this Hotel, I will be back at some point.

Key thing I noticed were the kids and parents - everyone were in a special holiday place.

It was off season so the price was low and appreciated, the big difference were the staff, I live in the GTA Toronto actually quite a bit north in Barrie. I have travelled a lot Europe, Asia etc. I don't normally write reviews like this but it is important for familes that are travelling in Charlottotown. Great swimming pool with a 2 storey tunnel that ends in the deep end. (Please remember this summer water wings for kids .. life preservers etc. my son almost drowned 2 feet from me in a swimming pool).

It was a happy and comfortable stay.
Pros:

It was clean and the accessibility room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were great for someone with mobility issues. The lobby and breakfast area was comfortable. The staff were always friendly.
