Wonderful staff and location!
Pros:

This hotel is really one of the better ones we stayed with during this excursion.
The staff, all the staff, we professional and full of genuine smiles.
Definitely one to return to in the future.

Perfect

Do not recommend
Pros:

Ensure you are not in the circle suites! These are in major need of repairs and updating. Spiders and their nests in the long dark hall to get to the rooms of those suites. Do not recommend.

Awesome Staff and Pool for kids

The Hotel is so clean my room was spotless 136, lots of Towels etc.

I was welcomed by Kristen on May 17th, my room was so clean and bedding looked new.

Long story short - the staff were so helpful as well the Breakfast was excellent and everything was fresh.

SO - THANKS to the manager who is running this Hotel, I will be back at some point.

Key thing I noticed were the kids and parents - everyone were in a special holiday place.

It was off season so the price was low and appreciated, the big difference were the staff, I live in the GTA Toronto actually quite a bit north in Barrie. I have travelled a lot Europe, Asia etc. I don't normally write reviews like this but it is important for familes that are travelling in Charlottotown. Great swimming pool with a 2 storey tunnel that ends in the deep end. (Please remember this summer water wings for kids .. life preservers etc. my son almost drowned 2 feet from me in a swimming pool).

It was a happy and comfortable stay.
Pros:

It was clean and the accessibility room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were great for someone with mobility issues. The lobby and breakfast area was comfortable. The staff were always friendly.

Great place to stay for a family.
Pros:

Clean room. Soft sheets, comfortable beds, shower head was high and pressure was good. The AC worked great- we like a cool room to sleep.Breakfast options were decent. The set up of the one bedroom suite was good for our family with young kids who go to bed earlier than us. We were able to play cards in the sitting room after they went to bed.

Cons:

Breakfast ended a bit to early for vacationers. Breakfast ending at 930a for our jet legged group was tough. Having it on until 10am would have made a huge difference. More dairy free options such as having a non-dairy milk for cereal would be nice.

Good location to stay at overall
Pros:

Overall, it was a great experience, but the hot breakfast was neither hot nor appealing. They might want to consider using the on-site restaurant to provide a better breakfast. I’ve stayed there many times over the past 15 years for work.

Terrible
Pros:

They put me in an out building and it was stinky. The bathtub was old and has been painted. Bathroom door would not close. Bed mad a noice when you moved on it.

Charlottetown rodd was a good stay until the front desk worker yelled out my full name and room number at 2 am, ended up not feeling to comfortable
