Ramada by Wyndham Sacramento

Todo el hotel tiene olor a droga , fuman de noche de día y a toda hora por fuera y por dentro , es cochino desordenado desorganizado , la zona de comedor donde sirven el desayuno está en mal estado cochina, los alimentos que son pocos se acaban rápido se ve por todos lados el desaseo en ninguna mesa habían servilletas escasean las cucharas, los vasos, los alimentos. Las instalaciones por fuera son cochinas por dentro son sucias. El servicio en la recepción es malo la piscina cochina cochina, las áreas comunes sucias por fuera el Hotel desastrosamente cochino los vidrios sucios no hay un solo vidrio limpio en la parte de afuera. Las personas que trabajan en el aseo tratan de mantenerlo limpio, pero es imposible darle aseo a ese Hotel tan sucio. El olor a marihuana es impresionante en todos los espacios tanto por dentro en todas las habitaciones como por fuera, el parqueadero, se ve que es inseguro, es muy difícil dormir con el olor. Qué tiene el Hotel terrible experiencia.

Room was disgusting! Doors, walls, headboard were very dirty with random stuff and grease all
Over. Under the mattress pads it looked like the mattress don’t ever get cleaned, hair and random dirt everywhere. There was stains on the ceiling of the room and bathroom. The microwave was so old and badly stained up didn’t look like it got cleaned much I refused to use it. The mini fridge was a decent size but was all banged up, including the bathroom door had a huge hole from what look like someone hit it. Floor was sooo dirty I couldn’t walk around barefoot I don’t think they mop the room floors (hardwood flooring for bedroom and tile for bathroom). I ended up noticed bug feces on random things like the toilet paper holder and the hair dryer plug that they leave plugged in, and eventually saw roaches starting to pop out by the second day of my stay. When you walk into the hallway it has a certain smell to it that is very nauseating and the elevators are janky! I stayed on the first floor but had family on the 3rd floor whom I went to go see and as I was leaving the 3rd floor the elevator refused to shut all the way I jumped out and a few minutes later maintenance showed up jumped in the elevator and made it close all the way but came back to the floor I was at from the 4th through the stairs instead of back down the elevator which did not insure trust with me. I never enjoyed the pool because it didn’t look like it got maintained much I got the huge ick staring at it. The only reason I completed my stay here was because all my money already got tied into my trip up to Sacramento for Aftershock festival and did not have the money to change hotels. To top it off on my 4th night of staying there I was woken up to someone shaking my door to undo my security latch at 1:45am… it was the overnight front desk agent trying to check in 2 other guests into my room, and told me they didn’t know this room belonged to anyone as this was my 4th out of 5 nights being there.

Room wasn’t fully stocked with coffee cups, ice maker didn’t work, parking lot was always full, many broke down cars

No AC in 100 degree weather should be a crime! I paid $350 for my room to accommodate my 2 small children, my husband and myself. I am also pregnant and not having AC was incredibly uncomfortable for all of us. The bathtub was also cracked all along the bottom, there was smoke and fire damage by the only air vent that did not work.

Whole experience was terrible. The price wasn't fair for what we were given. $309 was a ridiculous price for the location, accommodations and unsafe surroundings.
