We checked out three days early after two nights of no sleep.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Our room was right at the corner of two major roads. We could not sleep as it was so loud, cars, motorcycles, bar across the street. There was constant noise. There was a connecting door and we heard everything in room next to us including alarm going off at 5 am.

Would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Location excellent! Staff friendly and helpful 👌. Room was clean and comfortable. Maybe a silly observation but, the elevators were fast and smooth. I appreciated that. Hotel shuttle service to The Monument events available!

Cons:

No refrigerator or microwave in my room. I failed to ask staff if this was not possible for all rooms or required a special request. Parking for hotel guests not guaranteed.

Good size room + location, lacking some amenities.
Pros:

Pros were the location and the size and cleanliness of the room. Staff were also very nice.

Cons:

No mini fridge, no phone, only one main light for the room, no safe even though it is advertised. Bit noisy at night with the train alarm. No water in the rooms, have to pay $1 per bottle in the lobby.

Would not recommend this hotel
Cons:

Room was very outdated. Pillows were flat and all bedding seemed old. The air conditioning sounded like a 747 taking off. Baseboard in the bathroom was falling apart. For the price of the room I was expecting better.

I enjoyed the amenities on site and staff was great but i could not sleep due to my neighbors kids screaming all night!!
