It was good for 1 night
Pros:

It was n a great location, it was quiet

Cons:

It was old. Ac in our room did not work and there is no maintenance staff after 5. We had to switch to a double queen but the ac worked. The breakfast was good

Should never go again.
Cons:

Staff not cooperative, issue with refrigerator in room our food got wet completely, talk to staff in night he didn’t respond at all. Ice machine not working, sink in room not drain well. Carpet looks horrible.

Great rooms with awesome breakfast selection.
Pros:

Only 15mins to downtown San Antonio, nice pool and rooms. Amazing breakfast as I’ve come to expect from Country In

Cons:

Pool furniture rather lacking and in disrepair - could do with replacing. No complimentary coffee as other hotels and Country Inns I’ve stayed in.

HORRIBLE WORST

Extremely poor behaviour by frontdesk, rude, screaming, theretning and manager david supported him. They basically told me to F.. off and stay is non refundable. Booking..com did not do anything as well despite being on phone for almost 45 minutes. Worst experience. Will never go back there.

I couldn’t stay there because it was so bad.
Pros:

The front desk guy completely understood . He tried to give me another room but it was just as bad. It was very hot so he turned on the air . When he did the air came out like mildew . I’m highly allergic to mold so I could not stay. It was disguised .
