Very convenient location

Cons:

Hot water did not come on two of the four days I stayed there. The breakfast area was very crowded from 6:30 am until the end of breakfast hours on two of the days I stayed. So crowded it was difficult to get breakfast.

Pros:

Pictures were accurate. We were satisfied with the hotel upon arrival. Rooms were really nice and clean. Staff was great to deal with when we ask for refund although it took some time to get.

Cons:

Hotel smelled like smoke from the moment we arrived. There ended up being a hotel fire. Electrical fire in the kitchen from what we understand. We were displaced for hours. Scariest part was no fire alarm was in our room. Sound was very vague from the hallway. Had we been sleeping because this was 11 pm I don’t know we would have heard the alarm and that is so scary to me. I really hope they look into this and improve the safety

Location, restaurant near parking lot was good.

Cons:

The blow dyer started sparking and locked up. When we asked the front desk for replacement she said she’d ask maintenance. When we went back 20 minutes later, they said they couldn’t find one but never told us. Would have been nice to know, we would have ran to the store. Once leaving, maintenance showed up with a blow dryer.

Good family hotel.
Pros:

We were only in our room for a couple of hours and it would have been wonderful if not for the fire.
Pros:

It seemed to clean and well maintained. It was in a great location.

Cons:

We were getting ready for bed when the fire alarm started. We had to evacuate our room and go out into the parking lot for hours. We finally called another hotel and went there to sleep. We weren’t able to retrieve our luggage, medication, etc until the next morning.
My low score was not anything to do with the hotel. It was the inconvenience and a night of little sleep.
