Lovely hotel centrally located and in pleasant suburban area.
Pros:

Breakfast was included and very good.
Also the front desk staff membe Aislynne was very accommodating and helpful. She was very attentive to the hotel guests.

Cons:

Air conditioning was hard to regulate in the room

Pros:

Overall had a good experience staying here! Got a Guest Room, 1 King, Sofa Bed—very spacious, with a separate living area with sofa, desk, fridge, TV, etc. Had a balcony as well. Bed was comfy and overall the room/bathroom was clean—decor is a bit outdated and could use a more modern upgrade.

Lobby area is huge, tons of space to hang out. There’s a small shop by concierge for snacks, drinks, medicine, etc. Lots of parking spaces, you just need to get a parking pass from the front desk—there are also side doors you can enter by swiping your room key so you don’t have to walk all the way to the front entrance. Location wise, it’s near the mall and lots of restaurants!

The lobby is nice, they have a nice area to work or watch tv.

Cons:

Noise! They were some people on my next door playing music the whole night/day! We called front desk twice, nothing happened!
Breakfast is more expensive than advertised on booking.com

Peaceful, fun, and relaxing.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The room and common spaces were clean and well maintained, and the pool was lovely. The room was comfortable and quiet, with little to no sound from other rooms or the hallway seeping in.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was a nicely upkept building with a wonderful staff. It met my needs/expectations, so I have no complaints.

Fine for the price. Would stay there again, bringing my own pillows.
