Room was lovely the view was excellent overlooking the canal. Location of hotel was really good very central.
We had to go to the reception to report some problems about the room. The reading light on the bed board was broken, radiator was leaking and the ceiling tiles had black marks on them caused by the maintenance man not wearing gloves when going in the ceiling. The first two items were sorted but the black marks were never removed, as this was a premium room you would have thought these items would have been picked up before we got there by the cleaner.

Ich hatte business Class und musste um zu meinen zimmer jedes mal unterirdisch auf gebäudewechsel bis ich dort ankam. für diesen Preis so ein Zimmer ist eine absolute frechheit. Ich hatte außerhalb mal was bestellt und habe dann bei der rezeption gebeten mir das essen in mein zimmer zu bringen oder liefern zu lassen beides wurde verwehrt.
No tuvimos servicio de maletero. Para pasajeros mayores es una incomodidad y de acuerdo a la zona en que esta ubicada la habitación se agrava.

I could not have asked for a better location when it came to the hotel's close proximity to city center, metro station & good restaurants. The room was a good size, clean & most important very quiet. Hotel is surrounded by picturesque canal's & is great if you want to discover the city by foot.
Breakfast was nothing special, in fact pretty standard (fine if staying for a day or two max).
