To enter room walking through basement
From the moment we got to the hotel until the moment we left the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast choices are immense and plentiful. The hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to all of Amsterdam's attractions but as in any city centre hotel it is a little pricey. We took our own car and the benefit of being able to use the garage for the entire stay made things very convenient. The onsite Bistro bar also is very convenient if you are struggling to get fed and watered at the end of your journey, we arrived quite late on the first day and it was quite good to get a meal on site before retiring for the day! The hotel lobby Atrium is also very impressive!! We laid in a couple of mornings and they still managed to refresh the room after we had left the room in the early afternoons.
We, like many others stayed at the hotel for the Dutch GP, over the weekend it was extremely busy and the bar could have done with more staff but if that's all I could comment on I don't think there's a lot wrong with the place!!

This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel, and everything was great. The room is spacious enough for a family and very clean. Our son made sure we book the same room again because of the classic nintendo console thats available in the room which makes now it our preferred stay everytime we travel to Asmterdam.
