Tophotel met mooie kamers en prachtig ontbijt.

Goed geleden hotel met ruime kamers en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer mooie rooftopbar.

Cons:

We hadden het ontbijt gereserveerd omdat dit goedkoper was, bij thuiskomst gezien dat we volle pot hebben betaald.
Soms moesten we lang wachten op een vrije lift.

Cons:

Leider wurde ich an der Rezeption von einer Mitarbeiterin so behandelt, wie ich es in keinem Hotel zuvor erlebt habe. Mein Anliegen wurde gar nicht angehört. Statt auf mein Anliegen einzugehen, beendete sie das Gespräch einfach und ging weg. Auf meine Bitte, mir ihren Namen zu nennen, verweigerte sie dies ebenfalls.

Ein derart unprofessioneller und respektloser Umgang mit Gästen ist für mich nicht akzeptabel und hat meinen Gesamteindruck des Aufenthalts leider erheblich getrübt.

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und die Lage im Allgemeinen.

Cons:

Schade das man für alles nochmal Geld in die Hand nehmen muss, ob nun für das Frühstück oder den Parkplatz in der Tiefgerage oder der 1 h früherer Check in. Weil man mit 2 kleinen Kindern nicht bei 40 Grad, noch 1 h draußen herrum irren wollte und das obwohl die Zimmer schon recht teuer sind.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, gut ausgestattetes und modernes Zimmer. Bei der Ankunft war bereits eine Karte für den Strom angesteckt, sodass die Klimaanlage bei den heißen Temperaturen schon das Zimmer kühlte.
