Pros:

Гарне розташування готелю (швидко та легко добратись від вокзалу та недалеко від центру). Достатньо гарні сніданки. Вода в номері порадувала.Є гарно працюючий холодильник у номері та чайник.

Cons:

Ліжко для дитини було дуже крихітне (підійде для малюка до 6 міс,ніяк для дитини 2-3 років).Рушники для дитини підготовлені не були також.Нажаль немає SmartTV.

Manque de produit de toilette dans la chambre : indication que le produit sera remplacé … 1 journée après notre départ de l’hôtel le 31 mai 2026

Ich habe das Hotel inzwischen zum dritten Mal insbesondere wegen der Lage gebucht (Nähe zum Dammtorbahnhof und U-Bahn-Station bzw. zum Umfeld).

Cons:

Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten, die an dieser Stelle nicht erwähnenswert sind und umgehend ausgeräumt wurden (schmutziges Badehandtuch bei Zimmerbezug).

Regrettable restaurant experience.
Pros:

Location was exceptional.

Cons:

Our dining experience was awful. We had a group of adults accompanied with children. We reserved a table beforehand for the accommodation. Upon ordering all the drinks, appetizers and main course we were met with extremely long wait times for small things like our beverages. Service was way under par and unexceptable. We waited nearly 2 hours for our main courses and not only that the food was not made properly. The souschef was not very service minded and made no effort to alleviate the wait times nor compensate for the terrible service. With that said, the hotel staff and facilities were what you would expect from this type of hotel.
