Nie wieder dieses Hotel!!

Absolute Enttäuschung!

Cons:

Reine Abzocke dieses Hotel!!!
Über booking ganz nomal gebucht.
Es wurde aber viel zu viel Geld von der Visa vom Hotel abgebucht!!
Das schlimme, keine Stellungsnahme nach mehrfacher Nachfrage, offen für Klärung
aber Hotel zeigt keine Regung, null!!

Zimmer leider direkt beim Aufzug.

Fast Perfekt
Pros:

Freundliches Personal,absolut beste Lage zum Congress Center.
Sauberkeit und ein sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Wenn dann könnte man höchstens den Preis für die Übernachtung nehmen.
Aber das kann hier nicht eingebracht werden da es ja von mir gebucht wurde.

Top Aussichte
Pros:

Wir waren im 24. Stock mit tollem Blick auf den Westen Hamburgs mit Fernsehturm, Hochbunker, Millerntorstadion und Teil des Hafens. Zimmer war ausreichend groß, Bad ansprechend mit Badewanne. Gute Sitzgelegenheiten.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster sind leider nicht bodentief, sodass man sich etwas strecken muss, um aus den Sesseln hinaus gucken zu können.

" gerne wären wir ein Wo-ende in HH geblieben"
Pros:

Das Personal war hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Sowohl Rezeption als auch Rezeption Breakfast.
Die Damen im Frühstücksbereich bräuchten teilweise etwas weniger Enthusiasmus den Tisch abzuräumen 😉.
Lage des Hotels mehr als gut für unsere Zwecke und auch Sightseeing in HH.
Auch die Möglichkeit das Auto abzustellen als Gast mit %.... voll ok.

Cons:

Leider ist die Kosten Entwicklung auch hier wie anderswo auch. Dann sollte man aber auch die berühmten Kleinigkeiten top in Ordnung vorfinden. Man muss halt lange dafür Arbeiten um sich solch Aufenthalt gönnen zu können. Deshalb nur 1Nacht und nicht wie eigentlich geplant in HH 2 Nächte.
So ist das halt und man darf sich schöne Momente nicht schlecht reden.

Pros:

Die Lage. Sonst war auch alles prima.

Cons:

Leider kann man das Radisson nicht immer buchen. Oft bereits Wochen, sogar Monate vorher nicht verfügbar. Oberbett etwas dreckig und das Bettlaken hatte Löcher.
