Cons:

I expected to have an extra bed for my child as I had book a room for 3 ppl. I was told there was an extra charge of 50e for an extra bed which I was surprised by - they expect children up to 12 to share the bed with their adult and if you want an extra bed you have to pay extra. Throughout or summer trip this was the only hotel booked through booking.com that made this request, all the other hotels we booked through booking.com had the right number of beds
Also the car park is quite a maze at first

High Level im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes
Pros:

Hamburgs höchste RooftopBar mit super Service. Gym und Spa auch super. Frühstück inkl. bei Bedarf und mit allem, was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Achtung: DZ mit Panoramaview beginnt bei Radisson Blu in HH schon ab Etage 3... hihi.
Bei freundlicher Nachfrage bekommt man aber auch deutlich mehr Blick... 😉

Die Lage, die Ausstattung, das Frühstück

Cons:

Das Hotel war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, um ein Zimmer zu buchen. Als wir dann an der Rezeption waren, hieß es dort, wir könnten nicht direkt ein Zimmer buchen, sondern nur über Buchung über Booking (was wir dann taten). Wartezeiten an der Rezeption.

Schöner Blick aus dem Zimmer in der 25. Etage. Noch sensationeller war der Ausblick vom der Roofbar in Freien in der 26. Etage! Einmalig

Cons:

Kinderbett kostete Aufpreis, obwohl anders befindet Buchung angegeben (Kinder bis 12 sollen bei den Eltern im Bett schlafen…)

Location. Fast lifts

Cons:

Slow check-in. Never enough staff on! Bar service slow - not enough staff on. Restaurant- ended up leaving hotel and eating elsewhere - one member of staff doing everything!
