Pros:

Location and rooms, staff support and service especially Rabab and Giorgi from the concierge team .

Cons:

Some essential gym equipment is missing, including basic items such as the back pull bar.

The pricing also seems inconsistent, with rates increasing like 60 %within the same week without any clear or valid reason, even when the dates are not during a weekend or peak period.

Most importantly, the customer service feels very rigid and “by the book.” Good customer service should consider each situation individually rather than simply applying policies without understanding the circumstances.

Overall, there is definitely room for improvement in both the facilities and the customer experience ( booking wise)

Curatenie si amplasare centrala

Cons:

Personalul nu foarte jovial, la receptie am chemat un taxi si am intrabat in cat timp si ce masina ajunge mi sa spus sa ocup loc si sa astept ca voi fi informat, in ideea in care rezevarea sa facut intr-o aplicati care iti comunica timpul de sosire si nr auto.
La restaurant ospatarul era cam plictisit si a zis sa comnadam repede ca se inchide bucataria, nici macar nu a venit sa ne ia comanda de bauturi, ne-am ridicat si am plecat.
