Καλη τοποθεσια 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια ειναι ηGrand Place. Τιποτε αλλο ομως δεν αξιζει τοσα λεφτα το βραδυ
Τα δωματια έβλεπα ολα εσωτερικά χωρίς να ανοιγουν τα παράθυρα . Ζητήσαμε δυο δωματια κοντά η ενωμένα απο μηνύμα μολις καναμε την κρατηση βδομαδες πριν . Φυσικα τιποτα απο αυτα δεν εκαναν.

The hotel is in a very central zone. I had a terrible experience due to water loss from the bath and I had to change my room during the night. The maintenance of the hotel is not so good… the staff of the Atrium restaurant and the bartender are very kind!

In room drinks and snacks all chargeable, even water. Considering cost of room they could at least have some water in the room included.
I don't want of need snacks or booze, I'll can buy that if I want to.
View from many rooms is just into the hotels atrium, so basically no view, it good location so not necessarily too problematic.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt aber überhaupt nicht. Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, gleicht einem 3 Sterne Hotel, es gibt nicht einmal gekochte Eier, keine laktosefreien Produkte, der EINE! Kellner ist total überfordert. 5 Sterne - niemals!
Zimmer in der oberen Etage gebucht, mit Aufpreis, lohnt aber überhaupt nicht. Geld kann man sparen.
Unfortunately, nothing. The paid accommodation was not provided, so there was no positive experience to comment on.
My non-refundable, fully paid reservation was cancelled without my knowledge while the stay was still ongoing, on the grounds that I did not check in on the first day and did not inform the property. As a result, I was denied the accommodation I had already paid for. I saw no good faith in this process. To prevent others from being treated the same way, I will pursue my rights through legal action.
