Staff were nice and pleasant, but your hotel needs to look into the air conditioning situation, or at least warn guests
Pros:

It was just ok.

Cons:

Not worth the money charged. You can’t claim to be a 5 star hotel and customers are hot and uncomfortable in their rooms. When they complain, you can’t do anything about it because it’s the settings of the hotel air. For such a high room cost, I would expect to be comfortable- not sleeping naked every nite because it wasn’t cool enough. I get the whole sustainability thing- but if someone pays such a price for a nite, then they’re paying to be comfortable.

Disappointment and non-refundable 50 euro deposit!

Cons:

We arrived after 6 p.m., and the room still wasn't ready. We waited in the coridor for the staff to prepare the beds. A plate of cookies from the previous guests was left on the table... One bottle of mineral water was prepared for four people! Even in distant Asia, higher standards apply, and this is centre of Europe. The room charge on booking.com was PLN 2,898.67 (€676.79). The Radisson added a €50 deposit and charged a total of PLN 3,242.39 to my card.
To date, they have not refunded the deposit!
The property does not respond to inquiries from booking.com, the customer's data must be duplicated and sent individually to the hotel address

It is located right in the center of the city in a safe area. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and sights nearby. It is clean and modern, we had a great stay.

Fine for a brief stay
Pros:

Convenient and affordable if you book well in advance

Cons:

We had asked for a room with two beds and were asked to wait for a bit. That was fine but then the staff proceeded to help a long queue of other arrivals until after the official check in time, and was annoyed when I came to ask to give us our room.
Or room had a view of huge construction but that is almost a guarantee in Brussels nowadays.

Kaldığımız oda otelin lobisine bakıyordu. Pencere açılmıyor bu sebeple klimaya mahkumsunuz. Ve oda havasız kalıyor. Ayrıca otel asansörünü kullanan biri veya karşı sırada ki odadan birisi odanızın içini rahatlıkla görebilir.
