Jederzeit gerne wieder. Dann allerdings länger als eine Nacht.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Reception. Wir hatten 2 nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer gebucht die uns das Hotel auch geben konnte.
Trotz früherer Anreise konnte bereits 1 Zimmer bezogen werden, das andere war auch um 14.00 Uhr schon bereit.
Die Comfortzimmer waren sehr schön ausgestattet und hatten beide einen Balkon mit je 2 Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch sowie einen Sonnenschirm.
Die Aussicht war in den Garten und sehr schön. Die Zimmer lagen ruhig sowie das Hotel das direkt an den Kurgarten angrenzt. Der Weg in die Therme vom Hotel war nur 6 Minuten lang.
Die Schwimmbadbenutzung mit Sauna war bereits im Zimmerpreis enthalten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet mit sehr grosser Auswahl. Kaffee und Tee wurden in Kännchen an den Tisch gebracht. Frische Eierspeisen wurden direkt vom Koch zubereitet.
Schönes Badezimmer mit grosser Dusche.

Cons:

Die Matratzen in beiden Zimmern, die näher am Badezimmer lagen, waren bereits einseitig geneigt, was zur Folge hatte, dass man sich mehr in die Mitte der beiden Betten legen musste, damit die Bettdecke oder man selbst nicht vom Bett rutschte. Hier sollte die Matratze vielleicht mal gedreht werden.
Dies wäre jedoch kein Grund nicht wiederzukommen.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in entspannter Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Sehr gute Betten/Matratzen,
sehr ruhige Atmosphäre,
schöne Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Kurpark, Aufzug,
leckeres, umfangreiches Frühstück,
sehr freundliches Personal, im Schnitterhof kann man sich wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Sehr enge Parkplatzsituation.

Cons:

Das Essen war für ein Hotel dieseer Klasse mittelmäßig, das Pils schlecxht gezapft, die Bedienung geschäftsmäßig freundlich, unpersönlich.
Für die Sauna gibt es ein Handtuch, damit muss man dann klarkommen. Es wird nicht gesagt, dass man zum sauberen Abtrocknen ein Weiteres aus dem Zimmer mitnehmen muss.
Das Frühstück war eine "Massenabfertigung", nicht gemütlich.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Well located great hotel.
Very good breakfast with a huge selection.
Nice and spacious room with very comfy beds.

Cons:

I understand that it was middle of Germany, but at that level I would expect all receptionist to speak english.
It wasn't a big problem, but the first lady didn't make to much of an effort to even try.
Especially that it turn out that there was another lady nearby who could speak english and explain it all.

Schöne erholsame Tage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, großzügige Anlage, Essen sehr schmackhaft, Park möglichkeiten vor der Türe.
Personal sehr aufmerksam, das Wasser im Pool war angenehm.
Komme gerne wieder alles top.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war etwas eng bemessen ..aber okay .

Wir haben dort 3 Tagen verbracht, und haben von dort aus schöne Radtouren gemacht!
Pros:

Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet!
Schönes Schwimmbad, wobei man bei gutem Wetter auch die Außenliegen nutzen kann.
Die Sauna haben wir leider nicht genutzt.

Bon séjour dans chambre agréable
Pros:

Belle chambre, dommage des oreillers très "mous" , super petit déjeuner très varié. Piscine chauffée agréable.
Très bonne idée de donner un "Gutschein" de 5€ lorsqu'on accepte que la chambre ne soit pas nettoyée ce jour-là. En effet, pas besoin de changer les serviettes ni de nettoyer tous les jours... ce n'est vraiment pas nécessaire. Et le bon de 5E peut être échangé au restaurant ou au bar.

Cons:

L'Office du Tourisme était étonné qu'on ne nous ait pas donné les KURKARTEN à l'hôtel qui donnent accès à des réductions ou à certains accès gratuits... En effet, nous avons dû les réclamer le lendemain...
Le personnel de la réception (pas tous) parle très vite alors qu'ils savent que nous sommes étrangers et que nous ne comprenons pas tout en Allemand.
