By far one of the best hotel experiences - the service is impeccable. The staff makes you feel like you are the only guest and, as such, a priority. Nick at concierge is beyond amazing!
Beautiful grounds & pools, beach club was outstanding!
I asked the possibility of ‘early check in’ days before the trip, they were kind enough to say they would do their best but had to wait long time for the room. Also, the room was very noisy due to loud cars coming and leaving valet service throughout the night and landscape crew started blowing 7:00am in the morning. No sleep unfortunately. Pools were very crowded that the crew had difficulty finding seats. Restaurants were pleasant. Staff were kind.

Favorite hotel of all south Florida
The staff and level of service are really what set this hotel apart from other luxury properties. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool experience and all dining were wonderful. Our room was beautiful - the ONLY negative was that the room was described as sleeping 4, however the beds were full-sized, not queens, so it was very tight. But all the other positives outweighed that one minor inconvenience.
