Pros:

I loved the convenience of the location. It was near Irvine Spectrum. The room was very spacious with a sitting area separate from the sleeping area. It also had a small kitchen, full sized refrigerator and dishes.

Cons:

The parking fee of $15/night was unexpected and unnecessary as there was plenty of parking.

Gross and Disappointing
Pros:

We selected this hotel as it was the designated team hotel for a nearby youth tournament. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward stay was marred by a serious housekeeping failure and inadequate management response.

Upon turning down the bedding at approximately 10:00 PM, my daughters discovered a large, dried bloodstain on the sheets — one that had soaked through to the mattress pad, indicating it had been present for some time. This is an unacceptable hygiene and health concern.

I tried to contact housekeeping but there was no response, then went to the front desk in person. I was told a replacement would be sent within 10 minutes. After 30 minutes passed with no one arriving, a follow-up call was required to prompt action. Fresh linens and a mattress pad were finally provided at approximately 11:00 PM — well past the time my daughters needed to be asleep ahead of an early morning game and much longer than anticipated..

The following evening, I returned to the front desk to speak with a manager. I was told none were on duty (this was a Saturday around 6:00 PM), so I requested a callback the following day. That call never came, despite us remaining guests for a total of three nights.

The complimentary breakfast was genuinely good and is the one positive I can offer. However, finding a guest room in this condition — and receiving such a slow, unaccountable response — is not something I can overlook. I would not return to this property and would caution other families to consider their options carefully.

Spacious room

Cons:

Not as nice as other Residence Inn properties, carpet dirty in room, a/c loud, facilities are ok. Breakfast wasn't as good as others and no restaurants nearby. No toiletries in bathroom ie lotion, etc. They also charge to park car and its an industrial area.
