La ubicación, las instalaciones

Cons:

Un camarero nos estafó con el precio de unos helados, es el único que no merece trabajar allí. Y los precios de las bebidas son carísimos, se aprovechan del cliente, botellita de agua pequeña mini, 3 €. Por cierto el camarero un estafador y se aprovecha del cliente

Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación ideal y muchos servicios para poder entretenerse y descansar. Además, el desayuno es espectacular, con unas vistas increíbles. El personal muy amable, un gusto tratar con ellos.

Sehr bequeme Betten, sehr leckeres Frühstück und eine tolle Terasse, schöner Poolbeteich mit Bar. Kostenfreier Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Great, very family friendly!
Pros:

Everything was very convenient and the room we had was lovely! Good spaces for children as well and loved that the cabanas by the pool were free and there were a few of them available. We didn’t use the crazy golf or ping pong table but thought that was really great when you have older children (we went with our 6 month old so not useable for him haha) the restaurant and bar were both very nice as well and the staff were super friendly and helpful!
I also had a massage and Maria was wonderful!

Cons:

The bathroom could have done with updating but otherwise thought it was all very good :)
I’m vegan and although there were a couple of options, it would have been nice if I could have a bigger selection rather than just tomato pasta or a salad

Amazing hotel for a great price.
Pros:

Location is very good. Next to Puerto de la Cruz and walking distance from Loro Parque. Located on a beautiful cliff with amazing sunsets. Atmosphere is nice and calm. The lobby and the terrace overlooking the ocean are beautiful. Rooms are nice (we stayed in a room overlooking the ocean) . Service is excellent , food is good. Very nice three swimming pools (one heated), the gardens are amazing. For us it was also a base to tour the island.
We really recommend. Excellent value for money.

Una estancia de 10 en este hotel
Pros:

Estancia perfecta. La situación es una maravilla, totalmente pegado al mar. Atardeceres impresionantes. Muchos servicios. Puedes comer en la piscina o bien en la terraza o más formal en Buffet. Piscinas estupendas, una climatizada a 27 grados, y otra en zona superior de jardín, más la infantil. Zona también de jacuzzi y sauna exterior con camas balinesas. El jardín es un auténtico jardín botánico, con todo tipo de especies, estanques con tortugas y peces... Minigolf, ping pong, paddle, tenis.... y una gimnasio que ya quisiera un gimnasio como tal, tener la calidad de máquinas que tiene este gimnasio.
Buena situación respecto a Puerto de la Cruz, a 5 minutos en coche pero sin el bullicio que supone estar allí.
Muy cerca de Loro parque, se puede ir caminando.

La zona es preciosa, a 25 minutos de Garachico, mi pueblo preferido de la isla, Muy cerca de Icod de los Vinos, media hora al parque de apaga, y a 15 minutos de La Orotava.

Sin duda lo recomiendo

Cons:

Al no haber mucha oferta de restauración a pie, habría estado bien, tener más opciones de comer en la piscina de arriba con otra carta diferente a la de la terraza de la piscina climatizada que tiene carta no muy extensa y si comes allí más de 2 veces puede resultar repetitivo.

Este un hotel la care m as intoarce cu drag!
Pros:

Foarte curat, personalul dispus oricand sa te ajute, curat, spatios, mancate foarte proaspata si buna.
Plaja la 3-4 minute de mers pe jos, magazinul din hotel cu preturi foarte mici, parcare langa hotel gratis, Lidl la 5 min de mers pe jos de hotel.

Wonderful stay at Precise Resort
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Precise Resort in Tenerife. The resort is beautiful, welcoming and very relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help.
I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings and the overall quality of the resort. Everything was well organised and made our stay truly enjoyable.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Precise Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Tenerife. I would happily return!

Unforgettable stay
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Precise in Tenerife. The location right by the ocean is amazing, and the whole resort is beautiful and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere around the pool, with live music creating the perfect holiday feeling. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was a highlight every morning. The staff were always warm and friendly, everything was very clean, and the bar in the evening had a great atmosphere with delicious drinks. We felt very comfortable from the first day.
