Muy bien relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

La habitación con vistas al mar, es de lo mejorcito del hotel. El desayuno también estaba bien.

Cons:

La piscina que tienen a temperatura ambiente, está un poco descuidada. El jacuzzi, no funcionaba durante nuestra estancia

Cons:

Deja mucho que desear. Nada que ver las fotos a la realidad.
La piscina supuestamente estaba climatizada y digo supuestamente porque estaba el agua a temperatura normal ,como cualquier otra piscina.
El socorrista parace que se le va la vida al hablar , no puede ser más aplatanado.
Encima le damos las toallas de la piscina y nos dice que no puede darnos más toallas , pues no voy a estar con las misma toallas 3 días obviamente .

Sitio espectacular
Pros:

Las instalaciones son espectaculares,piscinas exteriores con una climatizada ,dos saunas ,spa tumbonas ,camas exteriores con sus cortinas y techadas tan cucas ,música en vivo en la piscina,unos jardines espectaculares para pasear con estanque con peces y cascada ,zonas para practicar deporte y gimnasio, unas vistas espectaculares al mar desde sus varias terrazas o desde el comedor ,me pareció muy bonito

A lovely stay with great memories and looking forward to my next visit!
Pros:

Stunning view of the ocean and fantastic facilities for adults and children alike. We really enjoyed swimming and miniature golf and a great location for visiting attractions in wider Tenerife. Very kind and helpful staff and a special thanks to Alba for her kind and great treatment of our son at children’s play area.

süßes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage
die Stadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Auch abends hatten wir 1x Buffet genommen, dass uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt hat.
Der Speisesaal hat eine direkten Blick aufs Meer.
Ein großteil des Hotels wurde komplett erneuert. Dies könnte im Poolbereich auch noch erfolgen.

Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer, jedoch waren die Böden noch sie alten (behaupte ich).

Wir waren tagsüber wandern und im Anschluss baden und haben täglich das Frühstück genossen.

Una experiencia inolvidable
Pros:

No hay nada que no nos gustara. Las instalaciones están genial, la piscina climatizada esta muy chula, el desayuno tiene de todo, la cama cómoda y la ducha perfecta. Nos tocó la planta 11 y las vistas son inmejorables, se ve toda La Orotava, incluso el Teide. El personal también es muy agradable. Me gustaría resaltar a Raquel, que nos recomendó un montón de sitios para visitar y comer. El personal de recepción y restauración también muy agradable. Han repercutido a que nuestra estancia en la isla haya sido inolvidable. Volveremos
