Excellent rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec un bel espace extérieur. Les repas étaient de qualité et très bons. Nous n'avions pas pris la formule demi pension mais finalement nous avons mangé à chaque fois sur place car le rapport qualité-prix était très bon comparé aux restaurants de la ville. Le personnel était très aimable et accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Cons:

La déco était un peu vieillotte dans les chambres mais c'était vite oublié par l'incroyable vue sur l'océan et les grands espaces extérieurs. La chambre aussi était très spacieuse qui plus est : un espace chambre + un espace salon et 2 salles de bain rien que pour nous.

Habitación cómoda, acogedora, completa , con albornoz, café, e infusiones, agua , galletitas, de cortesía, de lo cual , muy agradecido. Buenas vistas para mi gusto , jardines , piscina climatizada, buenas instalaciones, buen desayuno, amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal.

Es perfecto, las vistas son estupendas y el personal muy amable, que el spa, saunas y jacuzzi sean gratuitos es un plus, las camas son muy cómodas y la piscina climatizada tranquila, recomendable

Si te toca habitación con ventana suele escucharse bastante el viento

La limpieza de habitaciones nos la realizaron siempre a partir de las 15:30 de la tarde por lo que nos tocaba descansar en la piscina, cuando estábamos toda la mañana fuera.

Locatia langa ocean si facilitatile..Gradina hotelului se aseamana cu o gradina botanica atat de impunatoare este..Acest hotel îndeplineste orice cerinta! Cei care doresc camera cu vedere catre ocean sa stiti ca este foarte zgomotos noaptea pentru cei cu somnul sensibil ..Recomand ! 10+++++
Personalul de la receptie,locatia,facilitatile,micul dejun totul la superlativ!
Parcare gratis este pe o bucata de camp,vizavi de hotel langa un teren ! Puteti parca fara grija..

Gentillesse du personnel
L’hôtel est au bord de l’eau et les espaces communs offrent des vues vraiment sublimes avec des beaux couchers de soleil.
Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet : bon et varié
Piscine chauffée
Mini golf
Literie confortable
Calme

Cons:

Parking payant en supplément, c’est exagéré pour un complexe aussi énorme, pour moi ça devrait être inclu dans le prix.
Le mini golf est vétuste, le faux gazon au sol et déchiré.

Pros:

Después de haber estado varias veces en Tenerife y probar diferentes hoteles, puedo decir que este ha sido el mejor sin ninguna duda.

Todo es precioso: el interior moderno, la limpieza impecable y el ambiente increíble. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle y que todo está pensado para la comodidad del huésped. El personal es súper atento y amable.

Las vistas desde el desayuno y la cena son espectaculares, y los atardeceres desde el hotel son simplemente inolvidables. La zona lounge, el spa, jacuzzi y sauna hacen que la experiencia sea aún más perfecta.

La comida tiene muchísima variedad y todo estaba delicioso. Es un hotel que recomendaría con los ojos cerrados. Sin duda volvería otra vez.

Великолепный завтрак! В номере чисто, отличный вид, в моем случае на океан. Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый. Отель очень интересно декорирован, хочется рассматривать каждую деталь.

Cons:

В ванной комнате было бы неплохо провести косметический ремонт. Бармен делает коктейли отклоняясь от рецептуры, что влияет на вкус.

Lovely stay with amazing facilities
Pros:

Room was very nice and very clean. Fixtures and fittings were creative. Has great facilities - spa, sauna, jacuzzi, heated pool, tennis, crazy golf. Staff were very friendly. Every day housekeeping scrupulously cleaned my room.

Cons:

The shower kept flooding. My bathroom kept flooding. They need to clear out the drains. I got round it by turning off the shower when I was soaping up
