Opulentes Frühstück, hervorragende Betten. Geräumiges, ruhiges Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Blick über die Stadt aus der 10. Etage. Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof Friedrichstraße. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Brandenburger Tor und zum Reichstag. Das Hotel wirkt großstädtisch und hochwertig. Schöne Hotelbar mit gutem Angebot.

Cons:

Wir waren Radreisende und beim Check-in wurde ich mit merkwürdigem Blick gemustert. Keine befriedigende Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in öffentlicher Garage, die im Prinzip für jeden zugänglich ist. Radfahrer sind hier offensichtlich nicht willkommen. Zum Zimmer: Für Gehbehinderte ist die Badewanne sehr problematisch. Eine Dusche wäre besser. Statt einer gefüllten Mini-Bar im Zimmer gibt es einen Getränkeautomaten in der Lobby.

My stay was nice overall and I will choose this hotel again if the carpet issue is taken care of

The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean.

Cons:

The smell of smoke in a non-smoking room. Also the carpet in the room was old and smelled of dust. The carpet in the passage also smelled of dust. The hope is ready for a serious refurbishment. Otherwise all was good. The staff was great and went an extra mile to assist with the bed.

Świetna lokalizacja. Mimo wielkości hotelu na śniadaniu nie było nieprzyjemnych tłumów - duża sala, więc nie czuło się, że je się zaraz obok innej osoby. Fajne śniadanie, choć spodziewałam się większego większego wyboru.
Duże pojedyncze łóżka.

Wystrój lekko nieświeży. Szczególnie w łazience było to widać.

Schöner Aufenthalt-gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war rundum sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend!
Völlig unproblematisch war es, dass wir uns kurzfristig für das tolle Frühstück im Hotel angemeldet hatten (einfach hingehen und los gings).
Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Städtetripp perfekt - vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist man in 5 Min auch an der nächsten S-Bahnhaltestelle. Ebenso fährt direkt vor der Tür ein Bus.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer von der Einrichtung her schon veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig.
