Pros:

Staff was lovely at reception

Cons:

House keeping service need to improve a lot
We have stayed 6 days and they did not clean the floor in that periot
I am not sure if they change the bad sheets

Overall, a great business hotel.
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Nice business hotel. Comfortable room.

Cons:

The internet in my room was intermittent. Both wifi which was weak, and the cable, throughout my 4 nights stay.
The pool is too small for swimming.

Wir hatten ein unvergessliches Wochenende 😊
Pros:

Es war alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Tolles Gebäude mit so vielen Möglichkeiten und Angeboten. Parkplätze sind auch kein Problem und die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, ideal gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Schöne Bar mit Aussensitzplatz. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Ausflug in die Stadt mit den ÖV.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage in Rhein Nähe. Zimmer war groß und luftig, schönes Bad.

Cons:

Laden / Entladen ist schwierig da keine Möglichkeit das eigene Auto kurz nähe Eingang stehen zu lassen.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit vielfältigem Angebot; Zimmer sehr geräumig; großes Hotel, daher lange Gänge zu den Zimmern am Gangende; gute Lage zwischen Altstadt und Museumsmeile; Straßenbahn-Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe

Cons:

Zimmer warm bei geschlossenem Zimmer und laut bei angekipptem Fenster; unbedingt Zimmer auf der Haupteingangsseite verlangen - nach "hinten" (Innenhof mit Springbrunnen) lauter Straßenlärm
