Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Wir wurden mitten in den Nacht von einem anderen Gast geweckt, der in unserem Zimmer stand, weil er dasselbe Zimmer bekommen hat. Anstatt sich am nächsten Tag für den Fehler zu entschuldigen, wurde uns nur gesagt, das habe an der Gruppenbuchung gelegen. Es kam keine Entschuldigung vom Manager gar nichts. Für einen echten Schock in der Nacht hatten wir wenigstens eine Entschuldigung erwartet.

Pros:

Pianobar war toll, Pianist sehr gut.
Sehr gute Lage zu den Rheinauen.
Frühstück sehr lecker

Cons:

Zu wenig Personal in der Pianobar.
Klospülung in der Zimmertoilette hat nicht gut funktioniert.
Schwimmbad sehr klein, Umkleide nur eine Kabine bis kaum vorhanden. Keine Handtücher.

Schöner Aufenthalt, wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Pros:

Großes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und nettem, kleineren Wellnessbereich. Leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Bademäntel sollten bei dem Preis inklusive sein und ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Laktosefreie Milch zum Frühstückskaffee würde das Angebot gut abrunden.

Das Abendessen im Restaurant war nicht der Speisekarte entsprechend und hat uns gar nicht geschmeckt: Das Brot war mit Balsamico Essig stark angereichert, welches der Speisekarte nicht zu entnehmen war,... es stand dort mit Basilikum

Wij waren er voor de marathon. Prima locatie. Met de tram zo naar het centrum.

Cons:

Enige was het personeel bij inchecken en uitchecken. Er werd niet gevraagd of alles naar wens was.
