Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, vor allem, wenn man in der Nähe z.B. dem Kunstrasen oder der Rheinaue Konzerte besucht.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer war mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Wir hätten uns für den Poolbesuch Bademantel und Badelatschen parat auf dem Zimmer gewünscht. Vom Flur aus konnte man direkt mit dem Poolaufzug in den Wellnessbereich und dort nicht mit den Straßenschuhen in die Umkleide.

nice hotel, but with terrible, non-working wi-fi.
Pros:

The hotel itself is fairly grand, large, with internal restaurants and very comfortable, with nice grounds, and the room was very nice. I arrived without luggage (airline problem) and the staff gave me a free breakfast ticket which was very generous of the staff person.

Cons:

The total showstopper for me was that the wifi in my room did not work for most of my stay. It would connect briefly at times and then cut out again, making it impossible to work or communicate via my laptop. Working wi-fi is really a non-negotiable requirement of a stay, thus I would not stay here again. The staff recognized that there was a problem, but it was never fixed (nor was I moved to another room). A hotel of this type should be able to pay for a robust wi-fi system and rapid maintenance. Another downside of the location is that while the main breakfast is very nice, it is expensive and there are not other less expensive options in the hotel for coffee and a pastry in the morning (and nowhere nearby to walk to).

Pros:

The professional staff and the atmosphere they made surprised me the most. The breakfast were great with something for everyone. Room was spacial and clean decorated in a way that I felt comfortable there.

Cons:

In the very hot days the AC was struggling. But it was bearable. The bottles of water (1/person) were handed over during check in. Not on the other days.

Pros:

Das Personal ist extremst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei der Ankunft an einem 35 Grad Wochenende wurden uns zunächst Kaltgetränke (kostenlos) und gekühlte Handtücher gereicht. Wir sind in vielen Hotels unterwegs das haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstück ist das genialste Buffet ever. Auch hier hat man ausreichend Personal was perfekt geschult und bei Überfüllung den Blick für uns immerzu hatte. 1 A Service...hier merkt man endlich mal nicht vom Fachkräftemangel. MARITIM wir kommen wieder.
