Super godt hotel tæt ved banegården og nem at køre til fra motorvejen.
Pros:

Enormt imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Det hele fungerer så godt, der er hyggeligt opholdsrum ved indgangen, dejlig restaurant hvor man spiser godt og skøn terrasse. Parkeringskælder.

Top Lage mit Komfort
Pros:

1 .Auf jeden Fall das Bett, die Matratze war ganz bequemen und sehr gut.

2. Die Laage ist sehr gut verbunden - direkt am Hauptbahnhof

3. Balkon im Zimmer mit top Sonnenuntergang

4. Zimmerausstattung insgesamt, ausser Minibar (nix im Kühlschrank).

5. Sehr gutes Frühstück (Continental) leider ohne frisch O-Saft :-(

Cons:

1. Für 4 Sterne Hotel habe ich mini bar im Zimmer erwartet, aber leider war nix drin im Kühlschrank.
Rezeption waren die Personal manche nicht gut drauf ausserdem etwas künstlich um Nett/freundlich zu sein - nicht nur mit mir sondern andere Gäste auch (habe da beobachtet).

2. Beim ausschenken gab es Ausfall von 3. Aufzug und ich musste Treppe nehmen (8.OG) genau wie andere im 12. Stock, weil wir Termin hatten und konnten nicht warten. Es war viel los 9-11 Uhr it Frühstück und check out.

3. Im Badezimmer bei der Dusche (digital) hat nicht immer und gut funktioniert. Ausserdem eine Funktion ging es nicht (Regen-Modus).

4. Auch manche Lampe/Beleuchtung im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert - kaputt.

5. Körperpflegung: ausser bodylotion gab es nichts (4 Sterne Hotel geben immer was mehr!)

6. Kein O-Saft im Frühstück

Sehr nettes Personal beim Check in

Cons:

Die Saunerkeit war schon einmal besser. Servicekräfte kamen 1 Stunde vor Check out einfach ins Zimmer.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, besser gesagt: Wir waren begeistert! Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls groß und sauberl Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt zwei Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Man kann somit wunderbar schlafen. Obwohl das Hotel sehr dicht am Bahnhof ist, hört man nichts von draußen. Das Frühstück ist herausragend. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen und es schmeckt alles lecker. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und fleißig. Regelmäßig wird gebrauchtes Geschirr abgedeckt und fehlende Speisen nachgelegt. Besonders bemerkenswert war auch, dass es ausreichend Personal gab und man das Gefühl hatte, dass die jungen Menschen ihren Beruf mit Freude ausführen. Alles heute keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Die Kaffegetränke sind lecker. Die Lobby ist gemütlich und einladend. Es gibt sogar eine Bar und einen Wellnessbereich. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Besonders hevorzuheben ist noch, dass unser Zimmer über eine Balkon verfügt hat, das ist in deutschen Hotels eine Seltenheit.

Cons:

Die Dusche mit dem Touchscreen fanden wir nicht besonders pratisch. Außerdem läuft beim Duschen Wasser ins Badezimmer.

Pros:

Heerlijk bed en verzorgde badkamer. Zeer ruime kamer met balkon met zitje en uitzocht over de stad. Erg fijn om ook koelkastje in de kamer te hebben.
De aanwezigheid van zwembad in het hotel en gebruik te kunnen maken van nabijgelegen Fitness First bij station.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was erg traditioneel Duits qua aanbod. In deze tijd zou je een groter en breder aanbod met minder vlees verwachten.

Cons:

There wasn't enough space for everyone to sit at breakfast. Maybe looking at using some of the outdoor space. I feel that the wifi should have a secure password just to make it it more safe
