Very pleasant for a brief stay
Pros:

Breakfast is important to me and it was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. I like hotels with a bit of old world charm and was happy the hotel didn't present itself as the typical sterile, bland and minimalist styles we get so often today.

Cons:

Its exterior appearance doesn't represent how nice it was inside.

Hotel fürs Wochenende ok, Frühstück sehr gut mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Lage ist sehr günstig, Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und es wurde zeitnah aufgefüllt, Zimmer waren sauber

Cons:

Check-in hat ewig gedauert, da die Rezeptionistin als telfonisches Navigationssystem fungierte, trotz einer Schlange, niemand sagte etwas, esvdauerte 10 bis 15 Minuten, bis wieder jemand einen Check-inmachen konnte, leider unprofessionell gegenüber allen wartenden Gästen
Essen im Restaurant war okay, Bratkartoffeln für Kind schwimmen im Fett und der Speck war verbrannt.
Der Schrank im Zimmer hatte keine Fächer sondern 2 Kleiderstangen, sehr unpraktisch mit Kinderklanotten.
Leider gab es nur Kaffee aus einem Vollautomaten mit dieser künstlichen Milch (Pulver), das sollte man ändern und deutschen Filterkaffee anbieten.
Schwimmbad war im Umbau, deshalb gab es keine Umkleiden. Glücklicherweise hatte ich Bademäntel mitgenommen, sonst in Badekleidung durchs Hotel.

Excelente
Pros:

La amabilidad de las personas que trabajan hay, el desayuno inmejorable, me encantó ya que soy una persona que le gusta comer bien y saludable!! Lastimosamente pude ir a su piscina y sauna por falta de tiempo, pero es algo que hará la próxima ves que pueda regresar, porque sin duda volver y lo super remiendo., olvidaba las hermosas vistas me alojé en el piso 10 y despertarme y poder tomar mi café en ese gran balcón fue genial

Positiver, unkomplizierter Aufenthalt, komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Gute Lage, fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof Darmstadt zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl.

zentral gelegenes Stadthotel mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Zimmer im Hotel sind alle grossräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal ist freundlich, Das gesamte Haus ist sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt, daher bin ich als Stammgast auch regelmässig dort.

Cons:

Probleme gab es diesmal mit der Klimaanlage. Die Klimaanlage war zentral gesteuert auf Sommer programmiert - mein Zimmer war komplett kalt, weil im Juni an mehren Tagen die Temperaturen zu kühl waren. Ein Techniker hat es nach einer Nacht behoben, aber ich bin dadurch krank geworden. Das Abendessen ist eine Katastrophe. Am Besten sollte man dort nur frühstücken und ansonsten auswärts essen.

J'avais demandé un early checkin et apparemment ma demande a été envoyée à la centrale qui n'a pas transmis ma requête à l'hôtel.

Me encanta! Ya me he alojado tres veces en este hotel. La ubicación es excelente, el transporte muy bueno, la limpieza, el personal y el desayuno delicioso! Me encanta visitar a mi hija que estudia en Darmstadt y no cambio el Maritim por ningún otro hotel.

Zufrieden mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im sauberen Allergikerzimmer mit Balkon, wo wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar. Ein tolles Frühstücksangebot, bei dem für jeden etwas dabei ist.

Cons:

Leider wurde die Sauna renoviert, was uns im Vorfeld nicht klar war. Damit gab es auch keine Dusche im Poolbereich. Der Pool ist ganz angenehm. Die Bademäntel musste man extra anfordern, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man sie bereits im Zimmer vorliegen gehabt hätte.

Per chi cerca qualità garantita al costo giusto... è una sicurezza
Pros:

il uno degli alberghi più conosciuti di Darmstadt e forse quello con maggiore ricettività.
frequentato da tutti coloro che vengono a Darmstadt per lavoro (perche Darmstadt quello offre: lavoro)
vicino alla zona che concentra il polo tecnologico della città (il TIZ) , vicino i quartiere di Telekom City , e a tutto ciò che riguarda il settore aerospaziale (ESA, EUMETSAT e indotto). In pratica chiunque lo sceglie per visitare imprese che gravitano su quella zona (e sono tante) ha possibilita di andare a piedi. Inoltre vicino alla stazione treni, e quindi collegato benissimo con l' aeroporto di Francoforte
A me non serviva per questo ma queste sono qualità oggettive che l' hotel ha.
Essendo nella parte ovest della citta quindi vicina al polo ovest quello menzionato sopra, ovviamente è meno pratico per chi gravita su Merck (nord della citta) ma la qualità dei servizi pubblici di Darmstadt compensa. In ogni caso tutte le fermate di bus e Tram sono nel raggio di 100 metri dall' ingresso dell' Hotel
Ho apprezzato la professionalità del personale. Hotel di qualità che garantisce servizi impeccabili. e personale empatico . pronto a risolvere e ad andare incontro all' ospite.

per la tariffa da me trovata, il rapporto qualità prezzo è difficilmente battibile

Cons:

qualche miglioria la vedrei nel ristorante (che è comunque accogliente). E personale ineccepibile. Ma parliamo di ristoranti tedeschi. Chi vive in Germania (io ci ho vissuto 38 anni) apprezza tante cose di quel paese. Ma i ristoranti ... anche no! Peraltro Darmstadt è in generale sotto la media in questo. Quindi pretendere il ristorante di livello superiore al Maritim mi sembra abbastanza velleitario. Sto comunque parlando di migliorie. è un ristorante che va bene. Premette di rimanere in albergo quando non si ha voglia si uscire. Non costringe a tentare avventurose ricerche, se si vuole mangiare qualcosa di decente.
