Very dirty and disgusting, disappointed.

When I arrived at the hotel, I immediately spotted someone’s clipped fingernails lying on my bedside table, which clearly hadn’t been cleared away after previous guests. I then decided to check the condition of the bed, and there was someone’s hair all over it. This raises the question: was this room even cleaned at all after the previous guests? The towels were very dirty, all stained, and the state of the bathroom left a lot to be desired – there was dirt everywhere and the glass was very grubby. There was no shampoo either, there was just an empty bottle where the shampoo should have been. I’m very glad I only stayed at this hotel for one day. I think that for the €90 I paid for one night, the condition of my room should have been much better. I’d advise finding another hotel for that price.

Cons:

45 min pour un check-in à 1:00 du matin. Personnel très lent, peu agréable et système d'organisation à l'accueil inefficace.
La chambre n'est pas propre, salle de bain pas nettoyée !
Le personnel de chambre frappe plusieurs fois le matin alors que nous dormons encore.

Cons:

On a dû attendre 50 minutes pour avoir la clé à 1 h du matin.
L homme à la réception est un incapable, n arrive plus à lire correctement ( plissait les yeux pour essayer de lire le numéro de réservation) , est lent et on était une dizaine à attendre, épuisés vu les retards de l avion, il n avait aucune expérience apparemment , aucune empathie.
Quand on a un hôtel aussi grand, on engage au minimum 2 personnes à la réception et des personnes capables !!!

La atención de uno de los empleados cuando le comenté que tenía un problema en mi pie y me apoyó con el botiquín de primeros auxilios.

Cons:

Que me cobraron de más.
Mi reserva de booking era de 108.05 euros con los impuestos municipales incluídos y tenía entendido que el parking. Pero no me respetaron la tarifa y me cobraron nuevamente los impuestos municipales en el hotel... al final me cobraron 133.05 euros... me hace desconfiar de Booking porque sifnigica que no es segura su tarifa

Wonderful stay
Pros:

One of the most comfortable hotels where I stayed ever.

The room very was clean and big, the bed very comfortable, the staff is wonderful, and the online check-in process very comfy.

Fais le JOB si plus propre. Personnel très accueillant.
Pros:

Chambre grande. Chambre Calme. Lit et oreiller confortable. Bonne séparation chambre 3 personnes. Grande salle de bain. Large couloir et parking accessible rapidement.

Cons:

Chambre vétuste, Poubelle de la salle de bain pas vider. Linge sale oublier d'être ramasser. Les rideaux sont pleins de poussière. La porte ne ferme pas a clefs.
