Ganz toll…..
Pros:

Tolle Lage - alles fußläufig zu erreichen oder mit der U oder S Bahn am Hbf. Super Betten und tolles Frühstück. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Es gibt Menschen, den kam man es nie recht machen. Dazu gehören wir nicht. Liebes Hotel & Team Reichshof : vielen lieben Dank für ihren tollen Einsatz. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder zu Ihnen.

Excelente. Confortável e conveniente.
Pros:

Localização excelente, em frente à estação central. Hall de entrada convidativo e confortável. Quarto limpo, tamanho bom, banheiro de tamanho excelente, amenidades oferecidas são de ótima qualidade também. O atendimento foi rápido no check-in e no check-out. Funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

O quarto estava muito quente. Não conseguimos desligar o aquecedor. Chamamos ajuda, mas o funcionário também não conseguiu resolver o problema. Como solução alternativa, ele abriu a janela, mas ela estava muito suja.

Ontbijt geweldig. Niet goedkoop maar het volledig waard

Cons:

Ontvangst aan balie had wat klantvriendelijker kunnen zijn. Het was wellicht een lange warme dag voor haar.

Schönes Hotel in toller zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr zentral direkt am HBF gelegen. Sehr schönes Ambiente im gesamten Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Schönes großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Check-In war auch schon vor der eigentlichen Zeit möglich.

Cons:

Leider ist das Frühstücksangebot in Bezug auf vegane Alternativen noch etwas eingeschränkt. Vegane Alternativen sind erst auf Nachfrage möglich. Heutzutage sollten diese direkt im Frühstücksbuffet integriert sein. Leider war bei mir auf Nachfrage auch keine Alternative vorhanden.

Godt hotel og perfekt belligenhed

Et godt hotel, med et godt personale. Fik en godt stort værelse.
Morgenmaden var god og der var rigeligt at vælge imellem.
God belligenhed.

Cons:

Den sidste hele dag jeg boede på hotellet og hvor der blev gjort rent, fik jeg stjålet en Gilette barbermaskine, samt en duschgel. Jeg opdagede det først dagen efter da jeg ville i barberes og i bad. Jeg havde ikke tid til at købe nyt, da jeg hurtigt efter morgenmaden skulle rejse hjem. Da jeg gik til receptionen for at checke ud, så fortalte jeg det til personalet.
De var lidt forskrekket over det, men jeg havde ikke tid til at gå videre med sagen

Sehr schönes, zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegenes Hotel, absolut weiterzuempfehlen, privat und Busi.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes ist ideal, um nach Anreise mit dem Auto (parken für 3 Tage im Q-City-Parkhaus für insgesamt € 39,--) dann mit der Hamburg Card mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell von A nach B zu kommen.

Cons:

Der Preis fürs Frühstück ist u. E. überzogen. Wir haben das Zimmer daher ohne Frühstück gebucht und sind stattdessen in die gegenüberliegende Bäckerei Jung zum Frühstück gegangen.

Parfait pour une arrivée et train et visiter la ville à pied
Pros:

Son emplacement est idéal, juste en face de la gare. La suite Junior est parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes à condition que les enfants ne soient pas de grands enfants car ils dorment sur un canapé lit.
Tout était très propre.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec des horaires étendus le week-end.
