Goed verblijf op redelijke loopafstand van het centrum. U-Bahn ook dichtbij.
Pros:

Uitstekend ruim voorzien ontbijt, werd ook steeds aangevuld. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede parkeerplaats, wel €25 per dag.

Cons:

Jammer dat we een bad in plaats van douche hadden.

Netter Personal, schöne Zimmer inkl. Minibar, geräumiges sehr sauberes Badezimmer

Cons:

1)Kopfkissen (nicht der Bezug) waren vergilbt. Das ist wirklich unangenehm darauf zu schlafen. Leider erst am Abreisetag aufgefallen
2) Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt (es war draußen sehr warm)
3) Öffnungszeiten der Hotelbar stimmten gar nicht. Beim Public Viewing war die Bar nicht besetzt. Der Herr an der Rezeption musste hin und her springen. Außerdem wurde Public Viewing angeboten, aber ohne Ton. Es musste ein Techniker kommen und der konnte das Problem nur sporadisch lösen (zeitversetzter Ton)

> I was explicitly assured by the hotel that they have air conditioning, but this stay was a disaster. At 2:30 AM, the AC completely stopped working. To make matters worse, the room windows are locked shut and cannot be opened for fresh air, turning the room into a literal oven.
> While security initially offered a room change, the execution was a failure. When I went down to the lobby, it was impossible to switch, no staff was around, and the emergency contact number went completely unanswered. I was left stranded in a suffocating room all night.
> The next morning was even more frustrating. I asked the receptionist if the heat pump had been repaired, and she went straight into denial mode, claiming nothing was wrong and that they had just installed something new. Only after I told her what the night security explicitly admitted did she backpedal, casually saying she "just arrived" and forgot to check with the night shift.
> I was finally shifted to another room for the second day, but the damage was done. On top of the terrible service, the hotel parking is an absolute mess and the breakfast isn’t that great. I will never book here again.
>In addition, a colleague of mine stayed in another room when we returned he could t acess his room and they said he forgot his room number and then loaded his key with another room number and when he tried to access it there was people inside. Then they checked the number he said and told to c heck that again and it worked. He lost 1hour because of it.

WLAN geht nicht!!! Wie kann das sein in einem Hotel?
Von 4 malen wo ich dort war aufgrund beruflicher Reisen, zweite Mal ein Zimmer wo das wlan keine Verbindung hat.

Nennt sich Business Hotel aber man hat 50% Wahrscheinlichkeit ein Zimmer ohne funktionierendes Internet zu bekommen. Absoluter Witz in 2026.

Klimaanlage ist auch absoluter Müll. Stellt man auf höchste Stufe und nach 3h ist der Raum um weniger als 2 Grad runtergekühlt.

Insgesamt sehr schlechte Qualität. Frechheit für einen Laden der 25€!!!!! Pro Tag für Frühstück möchte.

Cons:

Es ist ein sehr altes Hotel, welches sehr starke Lebensspuren hinterlassen hat. Alles okay, aber die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt zu wünschen übrig: verschmutzer Boden, Türen der Schränke nicht richtig sauber, klebrig, die Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer mit extremen Rändern (ich denke von ausgelaufenen Getränke), und anderes. Schade

Very nice and friendly staff, very good breakfast, clean and comfortable, complementary drinks in the mini bar

Cons:

No air conditioning in the whole hotel which was a problem as it was a very hot week end and the room temperature was above 27
