Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung

Es war alles sauber keine Extra Kosten für Hund und Mini Bar war auch kostenlos man konnte alles schnell erreichen Maschsee war nicht weit weg und zum shoppen in die Stadt war auch zu Fuß perfekt

Well located, quiet and nice staff.
Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful, and provided complimentary breakfast to my parents. The breakfast was very good and the place is very quiet.

Cons:

At the beginning my parents had some issues with the payment as I did the booking for them and I asked to the staff previously how they will manage payments and they told me they were going to use the credit card on file, but when my parents arrived the hotel was trying to charge my parents instead of the credit card that was on file. At the end the used the credit card on file but was an unnecessary stress for them. Then their room was not as the pics and the AC was not working, they got changed to another room that had AC working but the lights didn't work properly and there were no technicians to fix that during the weekend. I believe routine maintenance should be done specially prior summer and hot days.

In allen wesentlichen Belangen sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Modern und sauber, U-Bahn quasi vor der Tür, Freigetränke im Kühlschrank und das alles für kleinen Preis. Sehr freundlicher Empfang beim Check-in.

Cons:

Die Fenster zur Straße könnten etwas schalldichter sein.

Parken 25,00 € pro Nacht.

Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, kein Balkon. Minibar warm. Wasser locker. Spiegel nicht sauber.
