Ganz ok. Jedoch, sollten die Betreiber mal selbst das Haus nutzen, testen.
Pros:

Es hat eine gute Lage und ist gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Haus ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Evtl. sollte man an einigen stellen investieren.
War häufiger dort über Jahre.
Das Frühstück ist immer schlechter geworden.
Heute gab es kein Messer oder auch nur einen Löffel oder eine Gabel, die noch klebte…
Da ist echt Optimierungsbedarf.
Das Bachwerk ist schon sehr günstig. Aufbackbrötchen der günstigsten Variante. Brot schon trocken.
Wobei am Morgen kann man Brötchen und Brot( gern TK) gut aufbacken.
Das Frühstück ist der letzte Eindruck bei einer Übernachtung

Was okay but not what I was expecting.

Leider waren in dem Zimmer (317) die gleichen Mängel vorhanden, wie Monate zuvor auch schon. T

Sauberkeit war ok

Cons:

Fernseher ohne Funktion / Klimaanlage ohne Funktion / zu niedriges Waschbecken, da behindertengerechtes Zimmer / kein Nachttisch-hat man dann aber auf Anfrage provisorisch hingestellt . Mängel wurden die letzten Male sich zwar an der Rezeption angehört, aber nicht notiert. Gleiche Mängel im gleichen Zimmer wie vor einigen Monaten. Letztes Zimmer davor defekter Fön, leere Batterien in der Fernbedienung. Leider keinerlei Reaktion auf mails an Dormero !

Schlafen Sie lieber wo anders.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, Innenstadtnah und direkt an der U-Bahn.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die jahre gekommen. Auch die Versuche durch das Design ein wenig modernes Flair zu entfachen können nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass hier der Lack wortwörtlich schon etwas ab ist. Die Ausstattung ist nicht modern und teilweise auch nicht gut in Stand gehalten.

Dies war besonders in meinem Zimmer so, das eine defekte Klimatisierung hatte. So herrschten bei 18-20 Grad Außentemperatur in meinem Zimmer über 27 Grad - was sich für mich nur durch einen technischen Defekt erklären lässt. Auch nachdem ich das Problem gemeldet habe und ein Techniker das Problem angeblich behoben hat, wurde es nicht besser. Auch meiner Bitte, mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, wurde nicht entsprochen. So musste ich die Nacht in dieser Sauna verbringen, was natürlich nicht besonders erholsam war.

Von daher kann ich jedem, dem erholsamer Schlaf wichtig ist, nur ein anderes Hotel empfehlen.
