Disaster
Cons:

The room allocated to me was precious but hot. The Air conditioning was not working. When I called the Reception, they offerred me to change room. So I had to re-pack all my stuff, head back from 6th Floor to reception to get key to new room. Then head back with all the stuff to a new room on 5th floor. Ultimately even the new room remained warm (even with 18 deg C setting on the Thermostat). No option to get a fan.

Reception informed me that i was offerred an upgraded room but I found out the new room's size was smaller than the original room assigned to me. According to them a same category room offerred on 'Quiet' side was an upgrade.

Breakfast was average!

Freeundliches Personal.Eigentlich sehr gute Lage,aber,wegen den Absperrungen sehr schlecht zu erreichen.
Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer,sauber.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, die Dusche außergewöhnlich mit der Tastenbedienung, vom Frühstück waren wir positiv überrascht. Wir reisen viel und erfahren an der Stelle, das Frühstück war großzügig, schön und liebevoll zubereitet. Ich teste immer das Bircher Müsli, da weiß ich gleich ob ich mit der "Küche" auf einer Wellenlänge liege... das Beste, dass ich seit langem gegessen habe. Hut ab! Kompliment! Und Herr Steinbach mit seinem Team natürlich dann die Kirsche auf der Torte. Ganz wunderbar! Das Rezeptionsteam fand ich auch super angenehm und kompetent. Vielen, vielen Dank an alle, die unseren kurzen Aufenthalt so wunderbar und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit mitgestaltet haben.

Prachtig hotel❣️
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, kamer was groot, schitterende badkamer, fijne douche en heerlijk dat er airco was (vooral omdat het buiten tegen de 40 graden liep 🥵). Fantastisch ontbijtbuffet❣️

Cons:

Alles was perfect in de kamer, zag er heel mooi uit. Bed was goed. Maar het douchen moest in bad, krappe instap en over de rand in het bad stappen, het was glad en ik denk voor oudere gasten lastig.

Praktisch aber nichts zum Wohlfühlen. Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Zentrale Lage, grosses Zimmer, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, sauber

Cons:

Es riecht, als würde mit Maggi geputzt (es ist sauber) und alles ist in die Jahre gekommen
