Pros:

Locatie in Keulen tov het centrum, mooie kamers en schoon

Cons:

Eigenlijk maar 1 dingetje namelijk dat er geen usb uitgang zit op de tv of dat je kan inloggen op interactieve tv. Maar dit was een kleinigheid, rest was super.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Zu Fuß haben wir alles schnell erreichen können. Am Platz gegenüber gibt es viel gute Gastronomie und die Verkehrsanbindung mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist auch sehr gut.
Das Frühstück war Klasse! Alles was das Herz begehrt und noch viel mehr. Hervorragende Qualität und es wird immer nachgelegt. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Tolle Pianobar um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.
Das Hotel ist von der Optik und der Ausstattung eine Zeitreise in die späten 70er/Anfang 80er Jahre, ist aber alles gepflegt und sauber.

Die Lage ist gut. Die Damen der Rezeption beim Check-in und -out waren nett. Gute neue Duschkabine

Cons:

Aufzüge zu klein, zu wenige, und nicht zuverlässig. Frühstücksbüffet enttäuschend (keine guten Brötchen, zum Teil verbrannt; Obstsalat fast ungeniessbar; Bananen im Eisschrankzustand; Honig in billigen Supermarktplastikflaschen);
Bett zu weich; Dusche wurde mir als Upgrade bezeichnet (obwohl sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein sollte.
Insgesamt erschien das Hotel erheblich überbezahlt.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Locatie is prima, vlak bij het centrum. Een goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen.
