Sehr schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Excellent indoor pool.
Parking direct under the hotel.
Train to Bonn every 25 minutes and only 150 mtrs from hotel.
Car ferry only 100 mtrs from hotel.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich und vielfältig und sehr qualitativ, das Familienzimmer war groß und die Betten waren gemütlich, ausreichend viele Handtücher, das Schwimmbecken fanden die Kinder toll, die Lage ist optimal, Gastronomie und Drachenfelsbahn sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen, die Möglichkeit einer Schifffahrtstour ist direkt vorm Hotel gegeben, die Tiefgarage ist hell und verfügt über Frauenparkplätze, man fühlt sich jederzeit sicher, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, insbesondere kinderfreundlich, uns - einer 9-köpfigen Gruppe - wurde eine kurzfristige Tischreservierung für das Abendbuffet ermöglicht, die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, hatte sogar Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (Malbücher) für die Kinder vorbereitet, VIELEN DANK!!!

Cons:

wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit, das Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber, es wurden benutztes Pflaster und Haare am Couchtisch gefunden, aber das Bad war sauber, eine Zimmerreinigung wurde für den kurzen Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen nicht in Anspruch genommen, war nicht erforderlich

Es war für meine Enkelin das erste Mal in einem Hotel es war für sie sehr aufregend und sehr schön, dass Schwimmbad hat
Pros:

Das Zimmer mi seitlichem Rheinblick, dass Schwimmbad, die Restauration und die Lage, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Rettungsweg, der vom Schwimmbad nach draußen führt, geht über den Saunabereich. Die Tür war jedoch verschlossen und nur mit einer entsprechenden Karte zu öffnen.
Verschlossene Rettungwege sollten nicht sein.
Nutzer der Sauna (gegen Gebühr) konnten den Kartenleser an der Tür nutzen.
Bei den Preisen hätte ich auch eine kostenlose Nutzung der Sauna erwartet.
