Pros:

So wie es nun mal immer war und bleiben sollte :) Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Restaurant mit einem herrlichen Blick. Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral und gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Allgemein sehr entspannte Atmosphäre.

One night stop over
Pros:

The location next to the river and a riverside view was very nice. The beds were comfortable and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Yje breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

One or 2 cobwebs by the windows so preparation of room could have been better and while the car park was convenient it was a little expensive.

Die Lage, das superfeine Frühstücksbuffet, das grosse Zimmer mit top Ausrüstung, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Dass es viele Gruppen hatte und wir für das erste Abendessen gerade noch einen Platz erhalten haben. Für das zweite Abendessen es keinen Platz mehr für uns gab.

Überteuere Zimmerpreise, Klimaanlage ohne funktion, unverschämter Bar-Service

Cons:

Obwohl auf der Webseite angezeigt , war die Klimaanlage ohne Funktion. Noch nicht einmal das Gebläse hat funktioniert. Laut Personal wäre die Klimaanlage veraltet. Ventilatoren standen auch nicht bereit. Noch nicht einmal für das Personal. Die Rezeption hat ihren Privaten mitbringen müssen. Wir waren drei tage da, also zwei Übernachtungen. Nach der ersten Nacht war das Zimmer um 16 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Wir sollten im Restaurant warten. Dort haben wir dann 2 Flaschen Wasser mit 0,75 L zu je 12. € bezahlen dürfen. Wasser in Hotels ist unverschämt teuer zwischen 6 und 9€ aber bei Maretim wird der Bock abgeschossen. Alles in allem bezahlt man bei den Maretim Hotels nur den Namen mit überhöhten Preisen. Ausstattung ist aus den 70ern und das sieht man. Zu guter letzt wird man an der Bar zum Bezahlen an die Kasse gebeten obwohl mobiles Zahlen möglich war. Wurde auch nicht bei jedem Gast so gemacht. Nur bei einigen die es dem arroganten Barkeeper der einem bei der Bestellung nicht einmal angeschaut hat, nicht Wert waren. Sein Kollege einen Tag später war da ganz anders. Das war eine richtige Wohltat. Service wird hier nicht Groß geschrieben. Ich bin in Kiel bereits reingefallen und nun dort in Königswinter. Maretim definitiv nicht mehr!

Goed ontbijt en goede ligging
Pros:

Het uitgebreide ontbijt was echt goed en de ligging van het hotel bij Drachenschloss op loopafstand en het hotel ligging aan een mooi stukje aan de Rhein.

Cons:

De pannenkoeken waren koud en het roerbak ei was niet warm..
