Das Zimmer war sehr schön komfortabel und gemütlich..

Cons:

Frühstück: der Andrang am Frühstücksbüffet schlimm..... der Sievice schlecht....das Personal konnte den Service am Tisch nicht nachkommen und es stapelte sich benutzten Geschirr und Speisereste.
Brötchen nicht frisch und knusprig.
Kontrolle vom Personal am Buffet wäre wichtig.

No me han dejado modificar la fecha de entrada a pesar de haber informado debidamente que mi novia había perdido el vuelo a Dusseldorf. Muy decepcionado, llamé por teléfono y avise por email y aún no me han contestado.

Ein tolles Hotel mit perfekten Service und tollem Essen weiter so 😉
Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer und mit Klimaanlage die sehr leise war und nicht beim Schlafen gestört hat.
Die Aufzüge sind sehr schnell so das es zu Stoßzeiten kaum zu Wartezeiten kam. 😜

Cons:

Es war alles toll 😊 bis auf das es nur einen Bademantel gegen Aufpreis gab.
