Beim Erreichen des Hotels, der Weg dorthin, war es etwas spuky.

To the hotel: Stop being so cheap with coffee and really do give your guest something in return for not having room cl
Pros:

We were given nice junior suite, good value for money. Very roomy, coffee maker in room. The coffee you get the for the first morning is excellent.

Cons:

At front desk, sign says something to the effect that
“Help us save the environment, put this little bag on door knob to indicate that you do not need room clean and you will find a little surprise in it “
Well, we are all for saving the environment.

Problem is, that they don’t refill the coffee pods or anything else if you choose this.
And as you might of guessed there is no surprise in the bag. So you have to go to front desk ask for coffee pods, they give us wrong type of pods at front desk that we didn’t realize till morning!! Very frustrating !!
So by us guests saving money for the hotel, by not having the room cleaned, our stay becomes a hassle and you get nothing in return.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near Munich Central Station,
Pros:

The Maritim Hotel München is in a great location, just a two-minute walk from Munich Central Station. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient.

The hotel service was excellent as well. They didn’t make us wait until the official 3:00 PM check-in time—since our room was already available, they let us check in early. They also gave each of us a bottle of water, which was a nice touch.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Munich.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t really like was the immediate area around the hotel. It felt a little hectic, and there was sometimes an unpleasant smell outside. However, the convenient location and great service made up for it.

Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist Super, gleich in der nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut und die Auswahl war hervorragend, habe selten ein besseres Frühstücksbuffet gesehen.

Cons:

Die Bedienung der elektronischen Dusche ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und etwas nervig. Das Reinigungspersonal hat uns am Abreisetag ein wenig genervt.

Overall the room is clean and hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast is good, Hotel location is very near central station. Very easy to connect to other part of the city.

Cons:

No replenish of bottle waters in the room. The tap water is hard with plenty of sediments after boiling.
