Gutes Essen und leckeres Frühstück und zum Teil nettes Personal, allerdings trübten die defekte Sauna und Mängel im Bade
Pros:

Das gute Essen abends im Bistro, sowie das leckere Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider war die Sauna im Wellnessbereich defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Auch im Badezimmer gab es einige Mängel: der Wasserhahn war sehr stark verkalkt und der Föhn in einem schlechten Zustand, was man in einem hochpreisigem Hotel so nicht erwartet.
Zudem funktionierte die Belüftung im Bad nicht, oder es gab einfach keine mehr, sodass sich beim duschen viel Dampf und Feuchtigkeit im Raum sammelten.
Hier wäre eine bessere Wartung wünschenswert.

Mooie, schone kamers en er was een fitness en zwembad.

Cons:

Parkeren is er duur en wordt niet van te voren verteld. De afstand van de receptie en ingang naar de kamer was erg groot.

Nicht enttäuscht und gerne jederzeit wieder Ihr Gast !
Pros:

Personal super zuvorkommend beim check in und auch im Frühstücksrestaurant. Nachts in der Bar etwas langsamer aber auch ok. Frühstück war tiptop. Null Beanstandungen. Zu unserer Zeit, war war gerade Wasen, war nebenan eine Hüttengaudi aufgebaut. auch da alles bestens.

Cons:

Betten schon etwas sehr weich und durchgelegen. Da gerne nachbessern. Aber man kann schon drin schlafen...

Absolument TOUT : la situation par rapport à la salle de concert où je me rendais, la beauté des lieux, l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, les dimensions et le confort de la chambre, la propreté impeccable, le petit déjeuner absolument exceptionnel, le parking accessible via l'escalier à l'intérieur de l'hôtel (sécurité maximale)...

Perfekt um ein Konzert in der Liederhalle zu besuchen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Nur 3 Minuten von der Liederhalle entfernt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

22 Euro für die Parkgarage. Im Badezimmer war eine Badewanne zum Duschen.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, mégis nyugodt környezetben. Kényelmes ágyak, a reggeli választék is nagyszerű.

Cons:

A hátsó épületben levő szobákhoz nem jár automatikusan köntös, külön fizetés ellenében bérelhető.
