Pros:

Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Hotelpersonal empfangen worden, alle waren sehr kompetent. Der Ausblick von unserem Hotelzimmer auf die Burg und den Main war klasse. Die Zubuchung vom reichhaltigen Frühstück war problemlos möglich, was wir sehr genossen hatten. Das Hotelzimmer hatte für uns eine ausreichende geräumige Größe.

Cons:

Der hygienische Eindruck von Bad ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Gutes Hotel in einer wuderschönen Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage am Fluss ist optimal. Direkter Zugang auch zur Stadt. Sehr grosser Frühstück-Bereicht. Sehr schöne Präsentation des Frühstückbuffets. Grosse Auswahl. Nettes Personal. Parkgarage mit Zugang zu Hotel.

Cons:

Zugang zur Parkgarage mit Gepäck ist nicht optimal. Die Aufzüge haben zu wenig Kapazität.

Lugar agradable y personal encantador
Pros:

El personal muy amable nos facilitó todo lo que necesitábamos: desde pilas a tiritas / curitas. El desayuno muy completo y en una terraza muy agradable con vistas. Súper recomendable. Y salones con sillones en planta de recepción muy cómodos.

Fantastisk beliggende hotel i en lille by. Udsigt til bjergene fra vores altan. Sødt personale

Morgenmaden er fin men aftensmaden kedelig og meget afmålt portioner f.eks 1 stykke kød pr person og noget ubestemmelig tilbehør. Til gengæld fantastisk sødt personale

A comfortable stay - would definitely return.
Pros:

Service throughout our stay was exceptionally efficient and pleasant and our room was comfortable with all the facilities promised. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options and our stay coincided with a heatwave so the fridge in our room and machine downstairs offering water and other drinks were especially welcome. Close to the river and to the cruise boats to Veitshochheim.

Cons:

Slightly further from the centre than some of the city centre hotels (about a ten minute walk). This was only an issue because of the weather however and on the plus side, taxis called by reception arrived very promptly.

Der Standort

Cons:

Wir hatten die Suite gebucht, waren voller Vorfreude aber sobald wir das Zimmer betreten hatten war es vorbei. Die Türstöcke waren verkratzt und abgeschlagen als wären wir in einem 2 Sterne Hotel ausserdem der Teppich hatte mehrere eckelhafte Flecken, die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht richtig und der Wasserdruck der Dusche war ein Witz ! Also für so viel Geld (600 Euro) für 2 Nächte würde ich die Buchung niemanden empfehlen Sorry, hatte es auch an der Rezeption reklamiert aber ausser ein tut mir leid kam nicht
