Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Die Lage war der Wahnsinn. Frühstücken mit Blick auf die Ostsee, zauberhaft!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkone waren nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage.

Die Stadt Kiel stand im Vordergrund, nicht das Hotel. Hiervon bleibt uns dessen Lage in Erinnerung.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine phantastische Lage an der Förde und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von der Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Seine Umgebung bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten bis hin zu langen Spaziergängen am Wasser und im Gehölz.

Cons:

Hotelgäste sind im Haus in der Minderzahl, da die meisten Wohneinheiten in Eigentumswohnungen umgewandelt worden sind. Während unseres Aufenthaltes fanden mehrere große Tagungen statt, die die volle Aufmerksamkeit des Personals erforderten. Das Bad im Zimmer verfügte z. T. noch über die Erstausstattung aus den 70er Jahren. Es gab eine Wanne mit Dusche, aber ohne Haltegriffe.

Die Lage ist sehr schön

Cons:

Leider gab es für Gehbehinderte keinen direkten Eingang zum Gebäude und zum Restaurant nur die Treppe.
Auf den Balkonen wird geraucht und der Geruch zieht ins Zimmer.

Nettes freundliches Personal.
Schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Kieler Förde.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat bei 89 Zimmer zwei Aufzüge.
Ein Aufzug fiel aus - defekt.
Nach Auskunft der Rezeption gibt es keine Treppe, über die man die Etagen verlassen kann.
Wie hätten wir das Hotel verlassen können, wenn auch der zweite Aufzug ausgefallen wäre.
Was würde bei einem Brand passieren?
Dort, wo Notausgang steht, landet man auf einem Balkon.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist das nicht akzeptabel!
Aus meiner Sicht gefährlich !
Darüber hinaus hat das Hotel in keinem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage - und in vielen Bereichen Renovierungsrückstand.

Hotel che si definisce di lusso. Camere che sembrano forni, non si dorme dal caldo, moquette sporca e puzza. Tappezzeria altrettanto sporca. Letto con odore di vecchio.
E a loro dire ho alloggiato nelle camere migliori di tutta la struttura la 628-630. Di cui la 628 classificata come suite presidenziale.
Per non parlare della colazione, scadente, misera e se una cosa finisce devi aspettare i loro comodi per riportarla e si parla di LATTE. SEMPLICE LATTE FREDDO.
Alla reception, durante il check-in della prima prenotazione il ragazzo è stato cortese, al check out ci ha aiutati a chiamare un taxi per il porto anche.
La seconda prenotazione il ragazzo alla reception, diverso dal primo, strafottente, arrogante, quasi scocciato dal servire il cliente.
Menu del ristorante indecifrabile, la traduzione in inglese fatta malissimo, mi sono affidata a chat gpt per la traduzione da tedesco a italiano per capire la composizione dei piatti.
Alla richiesta della cena per il bambino, da menu riportava pasta, alla mia semplice richiesta di pasta in bianco, e dopo nugghets di pollo e patatine fritte, specificatamente detto separato, mi vedo arrivare, un piatto con pasta multicolore, insieme ai nugghets di pollo con sopra delle erbe non ben definite e separatamente solo le
Patatine. Inutile dire che il bambino non ha mangiato nulla.
Almeno sono cortesi i ragazzi al ristorante, caratteristica non impartita dalla struttura in quanto non munisce nemmeno di divisa da sala, ma ognuno va vestito Come vuole, con crop top, jeans, bermuda ecc ecc.
Per mia sfortuna ho prenotato questo albergo per la vicinanza del porto dovendo prendere la nave per una crociera.
Prenotato e pagato in anticipo per la notte tra il 19 e 20 giugno e la notte tra il 27 e 28 giugno, quindi entrambe le prenotazione fatte con largo anticipo senza aver provato.
Essendo senza cancellazione gratuita, e non è costato propriamente poco ecco, sono rimasta ma di sicuro non mi vedranno mai più.

Die Lage war toll, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick das war mega.Das Hotel ist etwas älter und dem entsprechend auch so eingerichtet aber uns gefällt dieser alte Stil und es war auch alles Sauber und sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Der Sauna/Poolbereich könnte etwas gemütlicher sein.
