Pros:

The spacious and clean room. The hotel is also located quite close to old Quebec while still being relatively affordable. All the staff are really nice.

Cons:

My only main complain would be the bed. The mattress was too soft for our taste. If you prefer softer mattresses then that wouldn't even be a problem. Other minor things would be the equipment (ex. TV, hairdryer, coffee machine). Compared to how modern the hotel looks, the equipment does feels dated.

The hotel greatly added to our enjoyment in visiting Quebec.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our room was right beside the elevator but we couldn't hear it at all. The decor is lovely.

Ok pour 145$ pas pour 800$
Cons:

J’ai payé 800$ pour une chambre qui en valait 4x moins. C’est du vol autorisé! Très très très frustrant. On m’a dit que c’était normal quand la demande est grande ! Non ce n’est pas normal désolé.

Preis-Leistung passen nicht zusammen
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Es gab leider kein Zimmer mit Fenster. Das Fenster was vorhanden war, war nicht nach außen sondern nach innen in den Frühstücksraum gerichtet. Und für 240€ pro Nacht ist das leider im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu schlecht. Außerdem gab es keine Vanity Kit, 2 Handtücher waren beschädigt und der Bürostuhl hatte Flecken auf der Sitzfläche.
