Pros:

L’hôtel est super, de bons équipements.
L’emplacement est bien aussi proche de la gare, si vous voulez allez au vieux Québec à pied il faut marcher.

Habitación cómoda en Quebec
Pros:

Habitacion amplia y cama king size MUY cómoda. Bien acondicionada y regulable la temperatura de la habitación. La piscina cubierta dentro del hotel muy top. Zona con mucha restauración y tiendas.

Cons:

Aunque estaba muy limpia, la moqueta de la habitación desprendía un olor algo raro, cheeselike, en la zona del pasillo y la entrada de la habitación. Algo lejos del casco antiguo andando, unos 30 mins.

Pros:

I love staying in this hotel. The receptionist are excellent in handling all our questions and inquiries. Very helpful and easy check in and out. Very clean and friendly staff. Good location.

Great option while visiting Quebec.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable facilities. It’s not in the middle of Old Quebec, which makes it a quiet area but close enough to walk there and to Plains of Abraham. Staff is friendly, specially restaurant staff.

Cons:

AC in our rooms was acting out, sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold. Staff tryed setting it properly, but it seemed the thermostat had its own call on the reserved room temperature. After the second night it wasn’t perfect, but it was ok…

Very poor. Not recommended at all.
Pros:

Location only

Cons:

No cleanliness, very bad odour from rooms. Hotel staff not accommodating. Locks the temperature controller. We were not able to control temperature of room. Kids were suffocating due to high temperature and have to call hotel staff each time to change the temperature.

Pros:

Le personnel et l’emplacement

Cons:

La douche de type pluie nous coule sur la tête même quand on choisit la douchette de type téléphone dans les suites exécutive.
L’éclairage ne fonctionne pas dans le miroir grossissant.

Nice, Comfortable Hotel, but…..the carpets
Pros:

The Room was quite spacious! Visibly clean, exceptionally comfortable beds.

Cons:

THE CARPET STINKS. And it’s not even a carpet ….a rug over the concrete floor. We had to keep the window day and night open.

Emplacement intéressant à 20 min à pied de la vieille ville.

Ayant raté une correspondance j'ai prévenu l'établissement que je n'honorerais pas ma première nuit sur les deux nuits réservées... Mon vol de rattrapage ayant été annulé je suis arrivé à l'hôtel par bus + taxi à 03 h du matin la deuxième nuit... J'ai eu alors la très mauvaise surprise de constater que ma deuxième nuit avait été annulée sans avertissement !!!! On m'a finalement trouvé une chambre dont les lits n'avaient pas été faits !!! J'ai moi-même, avec mon fils, fait les lits !!! J'ai connu mieux comme accueil avec un agent d'accueil totalement dépassé par les événements et dont la veste était constellée de taches !!!!
