good amenities overall, spacious rooms, friendly staff: i recommend the hotel.

Cons:

breakfast and food in general were a bit disappointing; the room was clean (and had lots of amenities), but there was an unpleasant odour even after ventilating a lot, the kind that's common to older buildings.

Cigarette smell in the room. Staff kindly moved me to a larger room, but it was not much better.

Lärm vom Schacht draußen, etwas entfernt vom Zentrum ca 25 Minuten Fußweg, Pool war immer überfüllt, viele Kinder die springen etc generell war der Poolbereich klein

Mancanza di finestre che si affacciano sulla strada rende la camera molto buia. La pulizia delle camere è stata sommaria, mai svuotato i cestini e moquette non pulita

Un superbe week-end en amoureux !
Pros:

Nous avons été agréablement surpris et très satisfaits de cet hôtel. Tout était très propre, la chambre était fraîchement rénovée, assez spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Le lit était très confortable.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits et avons pu profiter des restaurants et des bars à proximité. Même le Vieux-Québec est accessible à pied, si vous aimez prendre une marche.

Le personnel était aimable et toutes nos demandes ont été comblées. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour!

Cons:

Le stationnement de l’hôtel est payant, mais nous avons pu profiter d’un autre stationnement situé en face de l’hôtel, qui était moins cher.
