Pros:

location is indeed very good, I'd rate it 9,0

Cons:

Room was very tiny, no space to unpack even one luggage, not to say about 2; I could barely fit in the shower; lifts are not programmed properly, always 1 lift picks up people from all floors while other 2 do not move. 40-50 eur is the fair price for this hotel, 200 eur is far beyond. Parking is 24 eur which is way too much for Erfurt. Staff at the reception might have been more friendly and helpful.

Eher ein Businesshotel für eine Übernachtung, als ein Hotel für einen privaten Urlaub.
Pros:

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück; Lage des Hotels gut, die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, gute Verbindungen mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum sind Hunde erlaubt, die am Tisch gefüttert wurden. Im Frühstrückraum wird ein "Bella" Roboter eingesetzt um Essen auszuliefern (bei genug Personal die dies auch hätten machen können), bei der Vielzahl der Gäste ist dies sehr störend, auf Nachfrage beim Personal wurde uns geraten uns umzusetzen. Ein gemütliches Frühstück sieht anders aus. Das Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt, überall war Staub, Schädlingsbefall am Fenster (Erdfloh ähnlich oder Baumwanze in der 9. Etage); Die Aufzugstüren sind gefählich, weil sie viel zu schnell wieder zu gingen, hier Quetschgefahr! Parkplatzsituation ist mangelhaft, auf einem öffentlichen Parkkplatz min. 10 € pro Tag, auf einem Hotelparkplatz 24 € pro Tag mit einem sehr begrenzten Angebot. Badezimmer sehr eng.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Und das Hotel liegt natürlich super in der Innenstadt.
