Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I was very disappointed, because when we came to the hotel in the middle of the night (at around 1am), there was a very loud party in the lobby. I couldn’t hear what the staff was screaming to me. There was no information about a party on the website and I would never book a hotel like that, as we were with a small sleeping baby. Whats is more they didn’t let me cancel the reservation, as it was prepaid 30 min earlier.

Eine gute Adresse für einen Städtetrip nach Erfurt
Pros:

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Hotel mit einem sehr guten Frühstücksangebot. Sehr gut vom Bahnhof erreichbar

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas klein, aber wir hatten auch die niedrigste Zimmerkategorie, daher war das in Ordnung

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm vor allem dank des Personals.
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgezeichnet. Es gab Probleme mit lauten Nachbarn und sie haben sofort geholfen. Sie haben meine Sachen gelagert und auch im Kühlschrank Lebensmittel lagern können. Das war ein hervorragender Service.

Cons:

Dass es kein Kühlschrank gab war überraschend und war etwas störend, weil der Weg nach unten in die Rezeption und zurück zum Zimmer ziemlich nervig ist. Es war auch hellhörig und man konnte die Geräusche von Nachbarn oben hören.

Gute, zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Sehr lange Wartezeit am Buffet, auch langes Warten auf einen freien Tisch am Morgen. Wenn alles übervoll ist, sollten nicht auch noch externe Gäste eingelassen werden.

Wunderbar geeignet für eine Citytour
Pros:

Nicht weit zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Altstadt. Frühstücksbüffet hat für mich alles gehabt, was ich brauchte.

Cons:

Eine Glasdusche direkt im EIngangsbereich muss man mögen. Wenn man nur mit Partner unterwegs ist ok. Aber wenn wie in unserem Fall noch die Tochter dabei ist, möchte diese dann doch etwas mehr Intimsphäre. Ebenso fände ich eine echte statt einer Rauchglas Türe an der Toilette besser.
