Good Hotel, Sad staff
Pros:

Location was very good.

Cons:

Staff all seemed unhappy and grumpy
The only nice person was the one doing check iGoon. Everyone else had the attitude you were bothering them from the shuttle drivers to the morning staff at front desk.

Fantastic Hotel a must stay again int he future
Pros:

Fantastic sized room, the entertainment set-up in the room worked perfectly, excellent shower facilities the bed was huge and room was always clean. This room had all that was required and more. This hotel is very good overall and you can even get the shuttle bus from and to the airport.

Cons:

Maybe the lifts could have been a bit better, but that would be a bit picky overall. Generally nothing negative to say.

Great service, great location
Pros:

Hyatt Regency was a lifesaver! We had a last-minute stay following flight delays, and arriving through the hotel doors was a huge relief. Comfortable beds, well-designed rooms (we were traveling with a toddler) with plenty of space to exhale and regroup. The staff was friendly and professional at every turn, and at the restaurant Damaris took special care of us to make sure a young family had everything we needed. She was thoughtful and responsive, and capped off a great if brief stay.

Pros:

Damaris was such a wonderful and supportive person throughout our corporate event . Her willingnness to help over 100+, people, followed through her immediate support and commitment to service, has helped us truly support the overall stay for our NTT community. Truly a blessing to have had her around with us.

Exceptional Service from Damaris!
Pros:

I had a wonderful dining experience at Hyatt Regency Dulles, thanks in large part to Damaris. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire meal. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and ensured that every detail was taken care of.

Enjoyed the area surrounding the hotel. Quiet hotel. Close to airport with free shuttle.
Pros:

We headed to the airport early so they had a goodie bag for us. They were offering a buffet breakfast. Great location close to the airport. Shopping next door(big grocery, sports and clothes)and cafes for eating. Also very nice McDonald’s across from them. Paid parking while traveling and left car for 21 days at a discount.

Cons:

A little paint inside rooms.

Excellent for conference and hotel stay
Pros:

I stayed for three nights traveling for work I did not have the breakfast but I've had it before and it's pretty good. The staff at the bar is very friendly and the bar itself is very comfortable. The room was spacious and well kept.
