Nothing at all
1. When I come in the door keys was not working and the staff at the reception was not helpful to update the keys and they don’t have an engineer or maintenance person at the property to fix the batteries of the door which I have to wait more than an hour and half coming and going with the front desk staff going back room every minute and with no intention to help.
2. Almost all elevator was not working and only service elevator working which is not convenient for extra luggage I have.

- Fire alarm working in some floors and others not working
- The fire alarm turned on twice in the night without any reason
- Not enough elevator and it is very slow
- The genetor offerd us water without telling us that it is not complementary even the reception did not mention that is not free
- AC is very hot and turning off in the middle of the night
The hotel was designed for safety and fire department access. I noticed the rooms were easy to get around and a second phone was in the bathroom. Great idea. The hotel was clean and easy to move around. I also noticed not a lot of clutter which is good for ease of movement. Adel Ahmed was exception and great at customer service. It shows that he truly cares about his job and the happiness of the people staying there. Since my son lives close by, I will now be using this hotel every time I visit him. I really like this place.

The room was clean and comfortable. I also liked the location.
The satellite or internet, so the was no signal to the television Saturday afternoon until Sunday morning.
Booked a room but Hotel told me its Not available after I arrived. So I needed to leave and Look for another Option.

Delicious breakfast. Great professional team throughout the hotel.

The staff was professional and friendly. The staff person who helped me during breakfast bought me some caramel syrup to help flavor my coffee due to the restaurant not having any flavored creamer.
I didn't like that the facility does not have a pool.
The room is big, plenty of parking spaces and a nicely equipped fitness center.
TV wasn't a smart one. The couch had a scratchy fabric. But the real downside was the room's layout which was the worst if ever I saw one.
Especially if you're not a couple.
The toilet and bathtub were together in a room with a door to close. The countertop with sink and mirror were open to the room.
So if you take a shower, you can't use the mirror later or get dressed comfortably. Especially as I was traveling with my teenager son.
Very uncomfortable.
