Needs modernising. The bathroom needs renovation, central AC/hearing - not portable ones, and corridor could do with a change of carpet.

Pros:

Always a good value and reliable option for staying in Wellington cbd. Comfortable rooms, great location and lovely front desk staff. Feels secure if you are checking in late.

Cons:

No little milk pottles in room, there was a note advising fresh milk was available, but it’s handy to have the small pottles for a quick coffee in the morning.
A bit of outside noise, but that’s hardly the hotel’s fault!
