The staff were very friendly, smiley and great to work with. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The room service and food was delicious. Perfect location for us to get onto the Bluebridge ferry this morning. Thank you for your hospitality we will be back.

Average room, disappointed in the food.

The location was central and meet my needs.

The rooms are rather dated. But the biggest issue I found was the food. I went to the onsite restaurant for dinner last night, bear in mind I had had a long day. I ordered the chickens wings for a starter, and the scotch steak with fries and a side of broccoli for my main. This is the kicker, the entire lot turned up at the same time, starter and main. i asked the young main is this normal here and he replied, yes?! The chicken nibbles were barely cooked, some inedible as the meat was very pink and there was blood by the bone - raw chicken = BAD. But, by the time i had eaten some, and moved to the main the golden fries were soggy, and not hot, the same with the broccoli. And this is what $85.00 get me, not happy.

Location was perfect allowed for wandering to all the local cafes and restaurants value for money
Pros:

Location was perfect and definitely value for money everything one could want in the room.

Cons:

Shower did not have a removable nozzle it was fixed to wall I prefer to be able to be able to remove the shower head

Great spot, warm and comfortable.
Pros:

The West Plaza Hotel is in such a great spot for the business I needed to attend to over the few days spent in Wellington. The staff were friendly and helpful, I felt safe secure and warm.

Cons:

I didnt eat at the Hotel as there wasnt really any quality healthy food on the menu for GF or DF.
The shower could do with a good clean, it had pink mold in the grout.
