The property was convenient and ideal for our stay

Cons:

Bar didn’t open till 4 pm, had to go elsewhere for refreshments…would have been nice to have long life sachets of milk instead of power…

Pros:

Only stayed for one night as a solo traveler, but the room was great. Clean, comfortable, had a mini fridge and coffee making facilities. Parking building was right next door so good access. Would stay again.

Cons:

The WiFi didn't really work, but when it did it was good. Since I was only there one night it didn't bother me but something to ask about.

Perfect location for a night out at Michael Fowler Centre and good value for money.
Pros:

Not flash but hotel room had all the necessities and a spacious public reception. Staff very pleasant and helpful.Quiet for its central location.

We had a satisfactory and pleasant stay. Hotel ideally located for major theatre & restaurants.
Pros:

Overall we had a good stay. Staff were continuously and constantly pleasant and helpful. Limited but adequate meal choice fordinner. When staying for a number of days maybe a daily special could be considered for the dinner meal particularly.

Cons:

Bathroom 325 (?) particularly. Shower flooded making dangerous conditions in bathroom. Major consideration for anyone but more specifically to anyone physically challenged. To a lesser extent adjoining room shower - design fault. Hotel alerted.
