Breakfast, not much selection. An outside access door broken. Pool cloudy
Days inn overbooked their rooms (they did not have enough clean rooms to meet their bookings) they sent us to their sister hotel next door, the travel lodge, but used our days inn booking. This hotel was terrible. Stains all over the carpet, thw chair was disgusting, there was hair and crusty food stuck to the table. I had to wear my shoes the whole time. Refused to shower, cuz how can you get clean in a place so dirty? The worst part is they still charged us the rate we were paying at the days inn, which is rated as pleasant (6.7) on booking.com, and we paid that rate for a room that is rated as poor (5.2) on this website. Oh, and there were homeless people who were sleeping in the stairwell of the next door days inn, because apparently the key locks on the back exterior door doesnt work, so i didnt really feel like the stuff in my car was very safe. Never again for either the days inn or the travel lodge.

Didn't have to sleep in the car
I didn't like the fact that the room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Regardless of being disabled and not being able to walk up and down stairs easily, we were put on the second floor. She tried charging me again for the room when we got there even though I already did an online check-in. There weren't any options for breakfast other than cereal and waffles. No jacuzzi, no towels available to dry off with. I will never stay here again. I paid double of what the room actually was worth. We traveled 5 hours for quality doctor care after having 5 back surgeries and was very disappointed and upset with how everything was.
The gal at the front desk was very good, considering the issues she was left to deal with. No cleaning staff, abundance of rooms not cleaned I would not have blamed her if she had just walked out. SHE WAS A TROOPER
No cleaning staff and the bathroom in the pool room was an absolute mess. The breakfast was a joke all that was available was waffle machine, no butter, fruit, yogurt, juice very disappointing. Hallways were not vacuumed for awhile. The room we were given was was clean and fine but the noise outside was loud and did not stop all night.
Nothing
Had to change both rooms three times rooms smelt like smoke. There was nothing you could eat for breakfast. None of the rooms are clean.
My husband had to clean out the pool. It was so nasty! Our room door didn't lock. Drain didn't work to shower.
Staff was great.
We had to switch rooms 2 times due to water leaked everywhere in 2 of the rooms. We had to stay one night in a very soaked carpet all the way to the beds.
Nothing was clean paid 160 for one night to stay in a trash can place
Price
Wasn't clean, dirty carpet, walls. Broken furniture. Breakfast was stale, dont bother trying. Drug use in building
