If you value your money, don't stay her, it's was an absolute DUMP! We got to our room and there was a pair of socks behind the bathroom door, creepy bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. They sent the maintenance guy to get the dirty socks and he's wearing a jail ankle bracelet... not terribly comforting. The bathroom in the pool area rivaled that of a roadside gas station, filthy and disgusting. The "free breakfast" consisted of one, small waffle maker. There were many people in several rooms that appeared to be homeless. The trash cans were overflowing and only emptied once during our week long stay. We were there over the 4th of July week and they actually doubled their rates to $159/night, which with the condition of the hotel, should be about $30/night. I asked for the Manager and was informed she took a couple of days off...how convenient, when your hotel is sold out on a holiday week. The Wyndam corporation should be embarrassed having their name on the same sign!
Stayed here not long ago. The cleanliness has gone down hill. Breakfast just as well not advertise that there is breakfast there. The carpet had stains on it. Turned the ac on smells like it's in dire need of cleaning.
Our fitted sheet and pillow case were dirty
Shower okay, and tv worked fine, when we were there.
Filthy carpet, bath towels rough, barking dogs, lot of trafficking in and out of hotel side doors,
It was there.
Was supposed to be handicap accessible. Was not. Beds to high. Toilet no handles to low. Shower was very slippery and hard to step into. Breakfast was cherrios no milk. And waffle iron not hot enough. Felt like being pushed thru. No other food options. Not worth the price.
The gentleman who cleaned up breakfast each morning was helpful and hard-working. Our 2nd room was clean.
The 1st room had very obvious black mold on the bathroom ceiling (quite a lot). The pool literally had 2 working lights (of about 10). The breakfast was the most meager one we have experienced since COVId years. Waffle maker, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee (some fruit or juice would be appreciated). The desk staff was rather indifferent. Management and ownership needs to step it up big time -- perhaps they are not cut out for the hospitality industry. This place was pretty despicable.
Location
The only thing was the front desk...caught the maintenance talking behind my family back and to get accused for the air conditioner part. It was not our old chihuahua but our fridge barely got cold....our room was over 90 degrees so I will tell everyone not to go there from now on
Getting accused for the air conditioner and not reporting it right away away
The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was also convenient, with a Golden Corral, Walmart, and several other stores & restaurants nearby.
Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few things that would make me think twice about booking here again.
The walls are very thin, and we were woken up early by a conversation next door that honestly sounded like it was happening in our room. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. The waffle batter dispenser wasn't working properly, and the batter stuck to the waffle maker, making it almost impossible to make a waffle. There also weren't any protein options—just waffles, fruit, and cereal. At least the coffee was good!
I would have gladly paid a little more for a better breakfast before getting back on the road the next morning.
The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable.
The room was advertised as having a tea and coffee maker and there wasn't one. There was an issue with being given a room that was already occupied but this was quickly resolved.
It was clean, bed and pillow slept great. Building, carpet and furniture were in good condition. Location seemed secure i had unsecured car parts in pickup bed ok. Price to value was good. Trailer parking for 4 Trailer . not semi. Have tried others in rapid. It's my new go to.
Breakfast was weak for a days inn. Coffee sucks. Maid should have told maintenance little issues to correct. Higher class motel would have caught.
Location good, breakfast not bad
Cheaper rate
Comfy and clean
I am not normally the type to write a bad review unless there is something to write about. This appears to be an older property. There is no elevator, which was very difficult for my husband who has trouble walking. We did not have a room key, the woman behind the desk had to open the door for us. Three of the lights did not work which included both over the beds. The carpet was disgusting. There was a sticky spot my shoe would stick to and the bathroom floor was sticky. There were no cups in the room to be able to get a drink of water. The bathroom door was mis-hung and would not open fully. In my daughter's room none of the electrical outlets had covers on then and one of them would hang out of the wall by the wires. The outlets are a major safety hazard. The door knob in the bathroom sort of worked but looked like it was broken and glued back together.
The check in was super easy and the gentleman who helped was incredibly friendly.
late check-in
Dirty, bad smell, bad refrigerator, broken tap in the bathroom, non-working microwave. When they said this at the reception, thank you in response. There was no breakfast as such - only toast and waffles, without exaggeration. Price is too high
The room was not clean. Hair in the bathroom. The mattress protector was soiled, no working elevators
