Pros:

Prime location! We walked everywhere our entire trip! This was my second stay at this hotel and would stay again! The breakfast I will say was much better, improvements from my previous visit. The room was big enough for my family of 4 and two small dogs! The location is perfect walking distance to everywhere, including the beach right across the street! All of the staff were very friendly, great stay!

Cons:

Not clean , food was poorly prepared, crowded in the breakfast area. Somebody knocked on our door at midnight and kept knocking and woke us up, couldn’t go back to sleep. Bathroom smelled like mold

Pros:

The location was great, we could walk to most everything we wanted to do or see. The staff was excellent, my granddaughters even commented on how nice everyone (staff) treated us and they loved the bay swimming area. Free breakfast was very tasty especially the hot waffles! Ms Elizabeth was so kind and worked hard to serve everyone’s needs at breakfast ! We will be back!

Cons:

Just the pool was kinda small and could be a little cleaner area.

Pros:

This is our favorite hotel in Pensacola. The kayaks and bikes for the teenagers a great plus the staff is always friendly and the breakfast is great we have stayed here at least 6 times

Great time.
Pros:

Close to the beach .The breakfast was great and the front desk staff were super nice.

Cons:

The toilet was broken in the room. The flusher handle had to be fixed by me. And the sink was loose. It’s a nice place. Except for that.
