The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good
We had to get a broom and clean up our floors upon check in, minor but annoying and makes you wonder how well other things were cleaned for you.
The free hot breakfast was good. The staff member stayed busy filling food items. Nothing ran out, even though the dining area was really busy.
The location was close to the beach and restaurants.
Perfect location centrally located no need to fight traffic you can walk.

The location was central to the beach and activities in Pensacola! On-site parking was great.
The WiFi did not work our entire stay. It wasn’t troubleshooted at all. The front desk told us to try again later. We tried each day and were unsuccessful and with work and a child, this was very disappointing. There was also a good amount of sand on the floor upon arrival. And we had to deal with it on the bottoms of our feet everyday. Very annoying.
Closeness to the beach, restaurants, and shops
Next to a bar or restaurant with loud music. It was difficult to sleep with the noise and the door didn’t close tightly, so that made it worse.
Convenient location and price is very reasonable.
The night staff is terrible. If you have to interact with them at all you are made to feel like a complete inconvenience.

The hotel is a little “out of date” but it is ideal for beach vacations.
