A slight odor in room
Location was the best part, easy to walk to everything we wanted to do.
We didn't try the breakfast as it wasn't available until 7:30, my family and I are early birds.
Bathroom was very small, and baseboards were covered in mold. No fault of the hotel but I also didn't think about all the sand that would follow us back, so a broom or little rug would have been very nice to have brought. Also more places to hang bathing suits and towels to dry.

We enjoyed the little sandy beach behind the playground to sit and enjoy coffee. We liked that the beach was right across the street. The breakfast worker was very nice.
Rooms were a bit out-dated in some areas. Rust spots behind the bathroom door due to very rusted hinges. Paint chips in bathroom. Maids kept the cleaning cart parked right in front of our room for a couple of hours, had to dodge it every time we left our room that morning. The evening hostess that checked us in could not crack a smile and did not seem like she enjoyed her job.
My family & I loved that we were right at the beach. We also loved the kayaks. The hotel offers kayaks, paddle boarding & bicycles for free.

Amazing customer service. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet, Lots of space in the rooms . I love the pool, the property is very clean and it also has access to the beach.
No issues at all I honestly recommend staying here. I love it 10 stars to this property.
The hotel’s location, free parking, close proximity to one of the best beaches in Pensacola, great breakfast, wonderful pool, and excellent staff made our stay truly enjoyable.
We also really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a top priority for our family.
A big thank you to the entire staff and the hotel for doing such a great job. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again!
The only negative part of our stay was the condition of the rooms. They are a bit outdated, and there was some mold and a lot of humidity in the room. Since we were traveling with children, this was a little disappointing.
That said, we spent very little time in the room, so overall we still really enjoyed our stay. With some minor renovations and more thorough cleaning, this hotel could easily become one of the best places to stay in the area.

When I come to Pensacola and stay overnight, I alway stay here. It is clean comfortable and the staff is great. It is in a great location.There are several things to do within walking distance, restaurants, stores, the beach etc. Also the swimming pool, bikes and paddle boards the hotel has at no extra charge is awesome.

I loveeee how close it is to the beach, I loveeee the pricing, I loveeee the breakfast, I loveeee the sweet lady that helps with breakfast like prepping the waffles she was amazing!! When we asked them to replace toilet paper or towels they provided these items
The elevator would not go down and would stay stuck on the floor we were on so we had to take stairs multiple times elevator also sounds and feels like it’s on its last leg, staff came to empty our room while we did not check out yet it was only 10 AM check out was at 11 we didn’t check out but came back after getting ice to get our food from the fridge and most of it was thrown away and they were cleaning our room the girl who was cleaning it was very kind about it but still frustrated as we had pizza and drinks we were saving, front desk ladies could try smiling and acting like you exist!:) , saw multiple gigantic cockroaches around the facility not in our room but in lobby and walking areas, doors would not shut all the way unless forced closed, it’s not fun getting in and out of the parking lot at all!!
