Room was clean, comfortable, and great location to the river walk and downtown.
No vent in the bathroom and sink faucet was shaky with low flow, shower was excellent good pressure.
Charge for parking
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The front desk lady was amazing—she was very friendly, welcoming, and made check-in quick and easy. She really made us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived.
There was a slight smell in the room when we first walked in, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, the room was clean and well-maintained, so it didn’t take away from our stay.
La cama muy confortable, lugares para visitar muy cercanos. Limpio
El desayuno malo , el cobro de estacionamiento muy caro y que no había en recepción personal bilingue. Solo estuvimos 2 días pero pedí que por favor se hiciera la cama ya que seria un dia largo y cansado para nosotros y al volver no se había hecho nada, ni las camas ni recogido la basura.
Tuve que llegar yo haciéndolo.

What we loved: The location to the Riverwalk (short walk), breakfast variety (waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereal), and the breakfast staff—Miss Annette and Mr Leonard—their service was EXCEPTIONAL and it needs to be celebrated and applauded!
The A/C was wonderfully cold and needful since it was 100 degrees.
When we walked in the room, the tv said welcome with our name! Impressive!
What we didn’t love:
💺Low toilet seat
🪑Only one chair in the room for two people.
🐕The musty dog smell. We are thankful for the animals—-I shouldn’t know there was a dog in the room. The room should smell like lettuce.
🚗The parking situation. (You have to pay for it daily, but it was CROWDED! We had to circle around a few times and wait/find a spot on Saturday night, so you may need to get in early if you want a spot, depending on the occupancy). The other days were fine.
Overall, this was a pleasant stay with wonderful staff and ample amenities. Enjoy yourselves.
