Fizemos a reserva com antecedência e, inclusive, informamos previamente o horário em que chegaríamos. No entanto, ao solicitar a vaga na garagem, fomos surpreendidos com a informação de que não havia disponibilidade.

O mais desagradável foi a postura do recepcionista, que sequer queria abrir o portão e simplesmente informou que não havia vaga, sem demonstrar qualquer interesse em buscar uma solução.

Se a hospedagem oferece garagem como comodidade, o mínimo esperado é que haja organização e transparência quanto à disponibilidade das vagas, especialmente quando a reserva é realizada antecipadamente.

Por uma noite apenas, quebrou o galho.
Pros:

É básico demais, muito pequeno.
Não tem onde acomodar-se as malas que ficam atrapalhando o caminho dentro do quarto.
Não tem interfone nos quartos.

Cons:

Estacionamento pago, quartos separados por andar. Apesar de ter reservado com 2 meses de antecedência, não conseguiram colocar os dois quartos reservados no mesmo andar. Ficamos separados no 4o andar e no sétimo.
