Terrible will never come back
Pros:

No protein just eggs waffles

Cons:

Manager was rude asked for swim towels twice never got them
Pool dirty and slippery
Hallway was never clean
Drunk person was roaming hallway

location was the best part of the stay.

the spa was unkept and I wouldn't get in it. the mattress felt like I was falling out of bed all night. the free breakfast was the worst ever.

Pros:

didn't checked out couldn't come back due to being rushed to the e.R hospital with stroke symptoms things that I own were left behind now that I'm out of the hospital I am needing to pick up my personal belongings owner says because I left my things behind I'm having to pay for the room $359.00 or more because I didn't pick them up or check out the room

no communication on personal items which I need to get back asap I have called to let the property know many of times still needing my personal things which is still there needing an update

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the location was great for everything we had planned

Cons:

The people that were ain the room above us were loud and you could hear their every step all night and morning. We had to go buy ear plugs just to sleep. Very annoying.

Pros:

It was a close drive to Red Rocks & right off the interstate.

Cons:

Continental breakfast was included but when we went down at 8:00 am they were out of almost everything! There was only about 10 breakfast items total left & No peanut butter! Very disappointing when it wasn't toward the end of the continental breakfast time.

I didn’t get the double room I requested. It took me 3 tries to find the entrance to the property
