Pros:

suburbia location w/ plenty of parking, even though the lot was full. the beds were comfortable. good value.

Cons:

regrettably, our check-in process took roughly an hour due to a POS system outage. after a long drive at night, the extended wait was exhausting. that being said, your front desk staff were wonderful, empathetic and professional thru-out the ordeal.

Great hotel for the price! I’d come back.
Pros:

Clean, spacious, good staff

Cons:

Not enough hot water. I only had warm water for a couple of minutes, then just a cold shower. Hopefully, they will get that fixed. Otherwise, I would stay there anytime!
They also need softer pillows

Pros:

You get what you pay for here. It’s not terrible and it’s not fantastic. It’s a good place to stay for a few nights if you’re on a budget. It does the job!

Cons:

I would say the cleaning probably could be a little bit better. Found some long black hair on the bathroom floor when I walked in. Not the end of the world but that’s just my critique.

Pros:

Closeness to my destination

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful, Room service was requested twice before I had to wait and ask for a housekeeping, the toilet broke the first night.
One of the overnight staff appeared to be perpetually *high* and the breakfast station was only stocked on time half of the days we were there
The feeling I got is that this hotel does the *bare minimum* and staff seem uninclined to be friendly or remotely helpful.
