City hotel close to everything
Pros:

Great location and fabulous buffet breakfast!

Cons:

Room was not serviced or coffee sachets replaced during our 2 night stay...not sure if this is standard procedure for this hotel

nice and comfortable
Pros:

Very good location max. 5 minutes walk to dowtown. Nice hotel, comfortable room and beds. Fast check-in. Railway station is in walking distance.

The hotel was in a convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Pros:

It was good value for money.
It was within walking distance of the station, the old town and the islands.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Pros:

Хотела е с прекрасно местоположение за туристи като нас. Персонала беше много любезен, чистотата беше перфектна! Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна. бихме отседнали отново при вас.

oczekiwałam znacznie wyższego standardu
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest naprawdę bardzo dobra — znajduje się w samym centrum, niedaleko ratusza oraz Rynku. Do hotelu można wygodnie dotrzeć różnymi środkami transportu.

Cons:

Pani na recepcji nie zwróciła uwagi na moje zamówienie i podczas meldunku zmusiła mnie do opłacenia śniadania, którego nie zamawiałam.

W pokoju znajdował się tylko jeden ręcznik do wszystkiego — zarówno do ciała, jak i do twarzy.

Okna pokoju wychodziły na ulicę, dlatego przez całą noc było słychać komunikację miejską. Okno nie otwierało się, a klimatyzacja pracowała bardzo głośno i skutecznie utrudniała sen przez całą noc.

Łóżka były wyjątkowo niewygodne.

Na ulicy, na którą wychodziły okna pokoju, prowadzone są obecnie prace remontowe chodnika oraz drogi, co również powodowało duży dyskomfort.

Personel nie zadbał także o bezpieczny wjazd i wyjazd klientów na remontowaną drogę — samochód praktycznie od razu wpadał w głębokie nierówności.

Za śniadanie w takiej cenie oczekiwaliśmy znacznie wyższego standardu, zwłaszcza biorąc pod uwagę, że personel wręcz narzuca jego wykupienie.
