Excellent staff, good value
Pros:

The service received from the staff was excellent. We arrived quite early after a long overnight travel and the front desk immediately found us a room for an early check-in. Housekeeping provided us with extra supplies as soon as we needed them. The front desk also helped us greatly by printing several documents for us, since we had no access to a printer. The ice machine was broken one morning and maintenance had it repaired within a few hours. A typical hotel breakfast was included and the staff always opened on time (We are early risers) and when things ran short, they were quickly sorted.

Cons:

The location beside a busy 6 lane highway is good for access to the hotel and getting around, but the pool area faces the highway and is quite noisy. Our room was further back and noise was not an issue for us.

Too far out of town, not easy to drive into town due to traffic

Wouldn’t stay here again. I recommend spending a bit more and get something more comfortable.
Pros:

It was close to our family’s house.

Cons:

I found the room to be really rundown compared to the pictures. The carpet in the room was stained. So was the floor of the bathtub. The breakfast wasn’t great. Rice crispy squares, donuts, funky looking sausages etc.

Pros:

The front counter lady was amazing. We were looking for a last min place as our previous booking at another venue was horrific. She allowed a early check in with our circumstances. Customer service amazing. Grounds and accommodation very clean. Always seen staff working or cleaning.. Will definitely be back
