Cons:

Czystość pokoju i łazienki mogłaby być na wyższym poziomie (pod prysznicem niedoczyszczony silikon przy brodziku, cieknący przewód do słuchawki prysznicowej). Do tego uszkodzona klamka okna co utrudniało jego otwarcie, nad drzwiami wejściowymi do pokoju ciekła woda z klimatyzacji.
