Excellent, except unwelcoming bathroom.
Pros:

Welcoming, very nice rooms, good restaurant

Cons:

Another of these hotels who believe that the dream of travelers who woke up at 5:30 am and had a very long day, is to face a midnight quizz on how to operate the very odd knobs of the shower. Nothing best than 3 minutes of guessing, burning your feet and then receiving a frozen splash on the head and shoulders to let you love the hotel you just arrived in.

Highly recommend this hotel, it is a stunner on the outside and gorgeous on the inside.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and a very comfy room. The bathroom was very impressive and the bed extremely comfortable. A nice touch that others don't offer is a free mini bar. It isn't stocked with everything but they do replenish it and it doesn't cost extra. Great location to walk into the business district or the Old Town.

Comfortable and great location
Pros:

Comfort and size of Room was great - decor was tasteful
Windows that open for fresh air is a bonus
Comp Tea & Coffee Service in Lobby
Location was easy walk into the centre of shopping and old town
My first room had no Hot water in the shower - the team changed me to another room

Cons:

Breakfast was not appealing
Sauna Facility - attempted to go a couple of times, however was always occupied.....a booking system would make this more comfortable process for solo travellers
