2nd stay, good location.
Pros:

Good location. Although you do need to be selective about which street you walk up to train station. Kaiserstrasse is filled with restaurants and regular foot traffic. Taunusstrasse in the morning, had groups of homeless people. I saw two seperate people actively using drugs in my short walk. However, in large metro cities-you’re never far from illicit activity. Hotel staff is exceptional and well appointed lobby and rooms with adjacent restaurant and bar. Room for improvement: gym, which has no air con and minimal equipment. It’s a small space in the basement that desperately needs a fan. And last feedback is the towels have an odd odor. They appear clean but smell as if they’re not-almost musty?! Will likely stay here again. Although there’s no shortage of Marriott properties to select from in Frankfurt!

Berry comfortable beds, very clean lots of free water and snacks, great stay.
Pros:

The property was close to the railway station which was an undesirable area of Frankfurt

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Loved our short stay. Staff was friendly (thanks Sawan) and the rooms were very beautiful and clean. Breakfast was amazing too. Definitely recommend staying here.

Pros:

I appreciated the free minibar. I would recommend the restaurant. I enjoyed a good dinner and the breakfast was delicious, specially the bread.

Cons:

The room was located in the -1 floor, so you could see cars and people crossing by and staying in front of your window. I was not expecting this location for the type and price of the booked room. Fortunately, the windows were well isolated so it was not noisy.

Wunderschön, freundlich, komfortabel; ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Ein Wohlgefühl vom ersten Moment an. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, toller Service. Gleich für den nächsten Aufenthalt in Frankfurt im August wieder gebucht!

Pros:

Отель очень эстетичный, для меня это очень важно! Чистота это нечто само собой разумеющееся, но красота и стиль - это то что очень радует! Отель очень милый, в красивом здании. Расположение отличное! Завтраки очень вкусные, достаточно чтобы насытиться, порадовало отдельное меню для завтрака, входящее в стоимость. Амин и Мария - обслуживание и доброе отношение в ресторане. Прекрасное начало дня!

Cons:

В номере айпад, с которого если звонить ничего не слышно! А на сообщения к сожалению мне не отвечали. Эта небольшая проблема была решена на следующее утро прекрасным работником на ресепшен Матео, благодарю его за искреннее и доброе отношение и оперативность в решении моих просьб!

Palazzo d’epoca ben conservato arredo in stile classico camere e bagni moderni. Comodo per vicinanza al centro a piedi

Cons:

I dislivelli tra hall e la sala ristorante tramite scale un pò tortuosi anche se presumo che possano essere raggiungibili tramite ascensori.
Non è una struttura immediatamente e facilmente utilizzabile per disabili per i gradini e numerosi dislivelli
