Отель очень эстетичный, для меня это очень важно! Чистота это нечто само собой разумеющееся, но красота и стиль - это то что очень радует! Отель очень милый, в красивом здании. Расположение отличное! Завтраки очень вкусные, достаточно чтобы насытиться, порадовало отдельное меню для завтрака, входящее в стоимость. Амин и Мария - обслуживание и доброе отношение в ресторане. Прекрасное начало дня!
В номере айпад, с которого если звонить ничего не слышно! А на сообщения к сожалению мне не отвечали. Эта небольшая проблема была решена на следующее утро прекрасным работником на ресепшен Матео, благодарю его за искреннее и доброе отношение и оперативность в решении моих просьб!

I dislivelli tra hall e la sala ristorante tramite scale un pò tortuosi anche se presumo che possano essere raggiungibili tramite ascensori.

Difficult to get your luggage in and out- you can call for help but then the receptionist has to leave their desk.

The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and well maintained.
There are frequently intoxicated individuals and drug users in the square directly outside the hotel, which can make the area feel uncomfortable.
The hotel's "gym" is very poorly equipped and should not really be marketed as a gym. It is located in the basement, has no air conditioning, and becomes extremely hot.
The breakfast is of good quality, but it is overpriced for what is offered.
The desk at the room is very inconvenient and cannot be used for actual work (no power outlet, no suitable chair for extended sitting).

Das Ambiente war herausragend, das Essen im Restaurant ebenso. Besonders hervorheben muss man hier das Frühstück mit seiner großen Auswahl inklusive Smoothie-Maker. Das Restaurant Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend

The room was spacious enough, well laid out and it stayed cool in the afternoon during some record hot temps. The breakfast area and food were top notch and staff efficient and pleasant. Additionally there were lovely sitting areas.
The hotels location is ideal for walking to most attractions.
A bit noisy late in the evening outside. Our rm was on the 1st floor. But, there was a lot of revelry as the city hosted a giant Metllica concert...it was a fun crowd so no worries..
