Loved our stay at LUME Boutique Hotel - we arrived early in the morning, not expecting to have a room ready, but the staff gave us an option of taking a room on the ground floor with immediate occupation, or waiting for another room, on one of the higher floors. Sleep was a priority so we opted for the lower floor room - which was perfect it was quiet and comfortable, and we got over our jet-lag and set ourselves up for our holiday. Staff were lovely and helpful, facilities are also lovely, and it's well located to the old city and the main train station

Alles hat gut funktioniert. Mein gewünschtes Zimmer war sehr angenehm ruhig.

Ich konnte die Lüftung im Bad nicht komplett ausschalten.
Sehr freundliches Personal, viele Services, Wertschätzung des Kunden, freie Getränke und Snacks auf dem Zimmer.
Leider die Umgebung, aber hierfür kann das Hotel nicht viel („Homeless“). Keine Parkmöglichkeit direkt beim Hotel (Aber: Nahebei hat es genügend öff PP).
El hotel estaba muy bien. Era cómodo, céntrico, con un toque de lujo y muy bien acondicionado. El desayuno fue excelente con productos de primera calidad y no solo buffet, sino también a la carta.
Lo peor sin duda fueron las inmediaciones del hotel. Es cierto que ellos no pueden hacer nada, pero es algo desagradable ver como la zona está degradada, sucia y con personas con graves problemas de salud y adicciones merodear al lado del hotel o esquivar cristales rotos o comida o suciedad (un día incluso media cáscara de sandía) y meterte en un hotel de semejante clase. Quitando este problema, lo demás eran minucias. Reseñable es que la cisterna del baño se activaba sola y que no había persianas.

Rooms were ok although, the room on the 4th floor was problematic due to an edic feeling.
Breakfast and bar were very good. Distance from the center was ok but it does seem a business person hotel more then a vacation hotel.
Location. This is not because of the hotel but when you enter the hotel, First thing they tell you is to avoid stepping out from the hotel and turning left (near Frankfurt central train station) were that area is simply not safe. That is not the welcome you wish in your upcoming vacation. Also when returning during evening time then its best to use a Uber and not return by walking.
Also hotel structure is a bit confusing but that is not a major issue.
