Breakfast was great
I left a jacket inside of my room, and when i returned to get it it wasn't there. I can only assume one of the housekeeper kept my jacket. very disappointed about that.
The air conditioner was a window unit and was running but no cold air. It remained 71 in the room and was hot.
We arrived after 5:30 PM and were told our room still wasn’t ready, which is unacceptable well past check-in time. The front desk offered alternative rooms, but they were either on a lower floor (which we try to avoid due to noise) or directly across from the elevator. After some back-and-forth, we accepted a room that initially seemed fine, but it had a strong bleach smell and was clearly not properly cleaned—there was hair on the bathroom floor and signs of a rushed job throughout. We were moved again to a different room, which was cleaner and in a better location, but still not perfect (crumbs here and there, and a very worn, unpleasant couch).
Noise was a major issue. The walls are extremely thin—we could hear children next door yelling and jumping, and later that night, a man across the hall was loudly arguing for an extended period, making it difficult to relax or sleep.
The hotel itself is dated and not well maintained, with scuffed walls and even a noticeable cigarette smell in common areas, including the stairwell where someone had clearly been smoking. Breakfast was another disappointment: limited options, cold food, and a cramped setup that led to long waits (including for a small two-slot toaster). It appeared the hotel was severely understaffed, as the front desk employee was also managing the kitchen.
While parking was easy and the location is convenient to restaurants and the highway, the overall experience—from the delayed room to cleanliness issues, noise, and lack of staffing—fell far below expectations. We would not choose to stay here again.
They took my reservation, then less than 12 hours before I was to arrive they couldn't accommodate me. Tried to fix it by putting me in a more expensive room, i had the option to accept the near combinations or to cancel for free.I chose to cancel for free.And the property still tried to charge me for the original room

Room was great and very clean, pools very nice, that was very nice as well and breakfast was great.
I was double charged for my room even after I explained to the check-in person that I had prepaid on booking.com I was still charged another $350. I mentioned to the front desk person that I had prepaid and they told me I needed to take that up with booking.
After about an hour on the phone with booking and booking contacting the property I was made aware that the front desk person had made a mistake up on my check-in.
This mistake has led to almost $400 being tied up while I wait for a refund. It's been several days almost a week at this point and it's very disappointing I still don't have my money
The concierge was nice and tried to be helpful.
Many units have window air conditioning units. Ours didn’t function. The room was stuck at 75 degrees when outside temperature was 60. The kitchen was undersupplied and cheap. Paper towels are mounted directly next to and touching the under sink trash can.
The property was spotless. Very clean. The day staff was amazing. Very kind, funny and great to communicate with.
The night staff was terrible. Rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Gave a key to my room to without checking identification or anything. Was very rude when spoken to. For the fact that he simply handed over a key to a hotel room without checking any sort of credentials we will not be staying again. Safety is a major concern.
I like the pet friendly and they were able to accomodate with a 1st floor room. I also like the full kitchen for long term stay.
The area behind along Fishinger rd and a pond is nice but lots of loose trash lying around. Might not be their property but would be nice to get whoever owns it to clean.

The hotel service was great. They went above and beyond to make sure my minor concerns were addressed. They were always very nice and helpful. I never expected anything to be perfect but the customer service was excellent. I will definitely stay there again. It was not far from Ohio state campus which was great. Hotel in a great area for shopping and food nearby.
The room was dirty overall, carpet and couch had stains. Breakfast looked nasty and looked like it was out for a while. Staff was ok, but property seems worn.
