Cons:

Listen to a room with no AC
Could not get an Internet connection went downstairs spoke with a desk personnel to use the guest Business center Wi-Fi did not work there either. . Staff attempted to get Internet, working to no avail.

The location was Excellent! The bed was extremely comfortable. The car valets were super quick and friendly. The gentleman who checked us in was so nice and very efficient.

Cons:

There were flies in the breakfast bar area. I know this is difficult to control but when you’re paying that much for a hotel, it was kind of disgusting. The bartender Saturday night was really not that friendly. Probably having a bad night.

The large, comfortable room checked all the boxes. The location was within walking distance to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Bus transportation in front of hotel. The included hot breakfast was delicious. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.cle
