Cleveland Hidden Gem
Pros:

The large, comfortable room checked all the boxes. The location was within walking distance to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Bus transportation in front of hotel. The included hot breakfast was delicious. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.cle

Gute Lage, leckeres Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am Playhouse Square. Zimmer gut und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir hatten ein DZ Queensize Betten zu dritt mit 10 jährigen Sohn gebucht.
Frühstück in der Woche ist a la Card (per Gutschein, für Kind gab es aber kein Gutschein). Dauert dadurch etwas länger aber sehr schmackhaft.

Cons:

Der Pool war unschön im Keller. Nicht sehr gepflegt und Wasser auch nicht sehr klar. Whirlpool fast zu heiß.
Valetparking teuer für 65$. Wir haben dann ein öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe für 25$ genutzt.

Disappointed with staff knowledge and attitude, but room was clean and location good
Pros:

The location to the theatre was perfect. The room was clean. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was very good.

Cons:

Staff knowledge about the hotel. We asked where the pool was located and were told the hotel didn’t have one when indeed it did. Room service was not available until 5pm. The representative at check in and check out was curt. The vallet misplaced our car keys which delayed our return home. Our ice machine did not work. We were told to go a floor up or down. We went down and that machine was missing.

Good central location, slightly ruined by breakfast politics!
Pros:

Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and house keeping available on request. Pool and hot tub available (although hot tub was very hot). Roof top terrace available. Valet service is available however there is a decent carpark just behind the hotel at a fraction of the price.

Cons:

'Breakfast included' is somewhat misleading. Although we booked a room for three people, only two breakfast vouchers were provided, this led to awkward conversations each morning about what we should and shouldn't be paying for. As the hotel otherwise went above and beyond with its customer service, it seemed a little surprising that breakfast wasn't included for all registered guests, particularly as it was a buffet service. Although a minor issue overall, its worth noting for future guests as it appears this is a regular occurence.

It was an okay stay, but the experience with the staff could have been much better.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and we had no issues with the condition of the room itself.

Cons:

The staff came banging on our door and repeatedly asked us to check out a day before our official checkout date. They even attempted to enter our room, which was extremely inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was an awful experience and completely unacceptable for a hotel stay.
