Pros:

Pool was excellent. Hot tub was nice. Front desk staff was good however when the pool door wouldn't open at 8am the front desk woman informed me I would have to wait until "engineering" arrived @ 10am. I said that's not acceptable and the gentleman behind the desk walked me to the pool and opened the door for me. Thank you.
Breakfast was very good. Dinning staff was friendly and excellent.

Location was excellent. Size of the room was great. Most of the staff were extremely nice

Cons:

I appreciate that they let us check in early but my room wasn't the cleanest. Sheets were very wrinkled and so was the blanket like they didn't change the sheets just made the bed. Two rolls of toilet paper both opened and used. Mud on chair. When I asked for more towels they gave them to me but told me that they had no washcloths. Had problems at check in

The location was great. You can walk to all the attractions.

Pros:

Dinner was good, breakfast was just average. The coffee was awful, undrinkable.

Cons:

Didn't like not being provided a continental breakfast. Breakfast was $15.00. We did complain and were given vouchers.

Overall was good.
Pros:

Location was perfect for events in Cleveland, Parking nearby was reasonable price. The lobby and pool are in a great condition with a functional hot tub. Rooms overall was super clean and nice.

Cons:

Breakfast included only for two adults per room (kids was not included !) and the beds seems to be put on some weird box with metal pieces that catch your leg.
