Not good value for money. Wouldn’t use that location again sadly.

Pros:

Everything was great comfortable and what we needed . Our rooms weren't together but that was fine they weren't far away. The pool was cold but other then that clean friendly accommodating.

Definitely would stay here again
Pros:

Everything was great. Check in, room, breakfast. Breakfast was a full, hot breakfast and was still very full at 8:15. Breakfast served til 9:00. Didn't use pool but looked nice. The location is very convenient for everything you would need. Hotel appears to be recently renovated.

I choose Best Western for its value, its on-site breakfast, and its proximity to where I need to be.
Pros:

When I arrived, the room-darkening shade would not retract. Someone from the desk came up to my room to try to repair it with no success. I was offered another room which I accepted. The staff moved all my personal items for me to the new room. It was amazing how they put everything back in the exact same places things were in the previous room! I appreciated their kind efforts and friendliness.

Cons:

A more accurate menu reflecting what was actually served for breakfast. Also, no butter available one morning. These were all minor issues which did not detract from my overall experience.

The worst experience

The man the checked us in was very rud. He didn't want to listen to me nor the lady from booking. The pool was really dirty. The breakfast area was packed you could barley move, most of the food was gone.The room was a decent size and nice besides the beds were very uncomfortable.

Very comfortable with Roel changes daily.
Pros:

Location was excellent as it is close to major highway. Room was large and comfortable. We were amazed because we got fresh towels and garbage emptied during 2 night stay.
