Roomy and on 1st floor.
Noisy, people were stomping around all hours. Also they had a small flood above us and water poured in the bathroom through the vent. Then charged us for cleaning $100.00.
Breakfast couldn't even count as a breakfast. Hostess little chocolate cakes and oatmeal iced things do not fall in the breakfast class. Averted as continental but was not!!!

Our AC unit was broken and full of dust and mold!! Front desk person unfriendly nor helpful. Breakfast worst ever had in any place offering a continental breakfast. Absolutely would not recommend staying here!!!

It was disgusting. My room didn’t have a smoke detector. There were stains on the beds and a hairball in our toilet. The hot tub was broken. I had to kill a spider in the lobby the size of a mouse. I will never stay at a quality inn or any property owned by that management group ever again. The staff was rude. People were smoking marijuana outside of a main entrance. It was the worst experience.
We left too early for breakfast so I can't say . Our room was clean and I liked the door directly outside to our car or another door to the inside hallway . The staff was very friendly and it was a good location .
The hot tub bubbles didn't really work but it was hot . The inside hallway made me wish I had a vacum cleaner , and both ice makers downstairs were broken .
The hotel's location was good. The room I stayed in was far enough back that there was no road noise.
I set the thermostat to a cooler temp for sleeping and when I woke up it was way to warm 🥵 in my room.

I loved the compassion and assistance the staff gave. Their attention to detail is amazing. The manager is a great individual, always taking time to talk to the consumer.
The only thing is that the parking lines need to be painted, so consumers can see them better. Other than that, everything is amazing.

Heater in room was broke and dead bugs in bathroom. They are taking too long to return deposit!
Breakfast at 6am and most places are 7am. But us construction guys are gone before 7.
Cost is fair but they want a 100$ security deposit. That is supposed to be returned. I have stayed 3 different time in just the last 2 months and they will not refund the deposit. When you call and ask about it. They say it takes 2-3 business days (which is totally fine) but I yet to get any of the 300$ deposits i paid returned. They even said they returned one of them but I literally showed them my bank account statement to the date they say and it definitely has not been returned. Then they just get irritated when you show them nothing within a week of the supposed deposit return. That is a good chunk of money to just not act concerned for the customers money.
