Personnel très gentil et possibilité de prendre une douche le soir avant d'aller à l'aéroport
La réception est basse de plafond et pas jolie. Les moquettes sont relativement sales dans les couloirs et le tapis de la chambre fait sale. Pas de douche mais baignoire avec rideau de douche.
Our stay at Jardin Hotel was truly special from beginning to end. The warm welcome from the entire team was exceptional and made us feel at home right away. We were especially grateful for all the insider tips about Hanoi, including wonderful recommendations and hidden gems that we would never have discovered on our own. These suggestions made our trip even more memorable.
We also absolutely loved the aesthetic design of the hotel. Every detail felt thoughtful, elegant, and beautifully curated. The location was simply fantastic and made exploring Hanoi incredibly convenient.
Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely cared for. The breakfast was wonderful, varied, and prepared with great attention to detail. The service was consistently attentive, friendly, and accommodating at all times. We were also truly pampered at the spa and enjoyed every moment of the relaxing experience.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable stay. We are already looking forward to visiting again on our next trip to Hanoi!

A lovely comfortable and clean hotel with an exceptional restaurant. We booked a table for dinner and had the best meal of the holiday, the food was outstanding.
The shower above the bath flooded the bathroom floor as it did not sit in the fixture, water temperature erratic sometimes no cold water and the spray was very hot, broken plug so could not have a bath. TV did not work.
The hotel was both modern and luxurious at the same time. Some of the friendliest and most amazing staff who were always willing to help.
Great food at the restaurant. Staff were always willing to help select options and suggest recommendations especially for my mum who can’t eat certain foods.
The hotel spa was lovely and staff took care to take care of us.

Excellent, personalized service, beautiful room and convenient location. The breakfast was excellent, and the spa and coffee shop on site were both excellent.
Staff friendly and helpful and good location size of room was good
The hotel was located in a good part of Hanoi, and there were lots of shops and restaurants around without feeling too touristy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - my sister got sick during the last day of our stay, and they went above and beyond, calling the doctor for us and translating for us when my sister had to be taken to the doctor. Even afterwards, they checked in multiple times to see if everything was okay or if there was anything we could do.
It was both my parents' birthdays during our stay at Le Jardin. The staff decorated their rooms for us, and we got a little cake for my parents to share. We treated them to a massage in the spa, which was also a really good experience!
The breakfast was decent, but it didn't always taste the freshest. There was a good amount of choice, however. The hallways and rooms smelled a bit stuffy when we arrived, but this was easily fixed by opening a window for some fresh air (in the room, at least).
